> 3 dayI received this printer a week ago. I need to download a driver for it to work on my Mac. For a WHOLE WEEK, the Brother.com website has been down with a message that they are doing a system migration. HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE????? They must be completely incompetent. I will return this printer if the website is still down on Monday. This is ridiculous.

> 3 dayThe reviews were decent and the price was right. It had the features I was looking for. But every time I print there is a problem! I am very frustrated! I will update if I get help

Greater than one weekThis printer is a INK GUZZLER. And the worst part is that there arent any generic ink catridges you can buy. Your forced to buy only brother ink catrdges. STAY AWAY.

> 3 daythe printer itself feels cheap. the biggest issue is the lack of availability of the black cartridges. none of the local office supply stores have it either, including Staples. 4/21/23 still no black cartridges available I had hoped the company got availability info wrong so checked. I wont buy any Brother product again.

> 3 dayDoes an OK job of printing and scanning, but the deal breaker for me is that it wont print Avery labels. Per Brother tech support Labels are not supported media. In todays world, who sells a printer that wont print Avery labels? Being returned for a printer designed for the real world.

> 3 dayWe don’t do a lot of printing and this machine was relatively inexpensive and fits our needs. The print quality is ok, the speed is pretty good. Connection and setup was easy enough. The directions leave a little to be desired regarding the machine menu.

> 3 dayMuch smaller than my HP. Much quicker and quieter than my HP. Does all functions very well. Only 2 concerns: the flip out tray for finished product is a bit flimsy and when I went to order replacement black cartridges, the mfr was out of stock. So was Amazon, Best Buy, Office Max and Staples. However I did find them in Walmart.com before I ran out. I would definitely recommend this printer for home use.

> 3 dayI was tired of HP, so I bought this. The price was fair, and I really liked the front feed with a 150 sheet capacity (My HP was too fusy about feeding, and was a top loader accepting only about 20 sheets at a time). Set up was easy (w/o a USB cable), and I had it connected to 2 wireless laptops, 1 ethernet desktop, 2 Android phones, and an Android tablet in about an hour. I have not used it much yet, but so far so good.
