Good printer , but black ink cartridge is not available , without the ink , the printer is useless.

Bought for home use. Works great easy to set up.

Good print quality and easy setup. WiFi feature is great and makes printing from your PC or phone a breeze.

The printer came with many papers telling how to set up the printer. We went round and round for about 4 hours. Finally husband went to u-tube and asked how to set this printer up. Twenty minutes later the printer was printing out pages. WHY WAS THIS NOT TOLD TO PEOPLE, SO EASY,!

Brother makes good printers, been using brother printer for years,thats another one, with wifi connection and easy to use all in one functions. Just wish the screen is a bit bigger.

It’s too big for us, labeling on buttons too small to read as is the button. I’m older and would take back but too much trouble for me.

I didnt come with the special computer connection cord. It is not a typical USB cord that you can just buy. My previous model came with the connection cord and I used that old one. The unit supposed to be new. Then what happened that it doesnt have a cord included. Shady!

Easy set up. Quality printing. Fast operating.

Seamless set-up. Love the quality for the price. My last two printers were HP (similar price range), and although they were good, the connectivity issues were poor from my experience. With Brother, everything was smooth from the start. I was able to quickly scan/copy/print large documents with no hassle.

UPDATE: It is impossible to purchase black ink replacements for this printer. Every possible location is sold out. Have never seen anything like this. Its a shame because this si a great home printer. I was looking for a printer that would set up fast and connect seamlessly to our WIFI. This Cannon fit the bill as promised. I can print from my iPhone, computer, and IPad with no issues and not trama. I had always been an HP customer, but my experience as well as customer reviews say, to stay away, and always need tech support to connect WIFI. No thank you. Happy with my new Cannon.
