> 3 dayDoes an OK job of printing and scanning, but the deal breaker for me is that it wont print Avery labels. Per Brother tech support Labels are not supported media. In todays world, who sells a printer that wont print Avery labels? Being returned for a printer designed for the real world.

> 3 dayI liked it once I finally got it up and running. These things are harder to get set up than they used to be and takes longer than they used to, but there is a step by step YouTube video to guide you through it. Without the video I would have had to have gotten my son to come over and do it.

> 3 dayIt is great for the money but they offer the wrong ink cartridges in options you can order. It uses LC401 series, but they are offering LC3013. I see they are in the process of correcting it now.

> 3 dayYouve all heard After the sale, its the service that counts! The printer gives very nice output, WHEN it works! Im on my SECOND unit, having replaced the first due to connectivity issues. 1) However, the scanning feature is fair at best. What really stinks is that they have REMOVED several features from the scan menu, such as Continuous Scan and Cropping. Why, WHY!!??!! 2) Whats even more annoying is the incredible incompetence of the support staff. Last night, the first agent i spoke with put me on hold for a loooooong time without even telling me she was going to do so. Finally, i had to disconnect. When i called back, I told the agent THREE times i had a scanning issue, not a printing issue. Yet, he insisted on taking me thru print diagnostics. He was so incompetent that the supervisor that was monitoring the call relieved him of duty. Finally, it was ME that figured out what was wrong! She offered to send me a set of inks, but, conveniently, those are out of stock. I wasted two hours, if not more!!! And FINALLY, after making EXTREMELY SURE that my entries are correct, their website tells me my login credentials are invalid!! How sad, Brother USED to make good equipment.

Set up for mobile printing smooth as silk and it only take one time for the set up rather than having to reload and call hp support and stay on the phone for hours. The print quality is superb. Prints photos in accurate color without a border. Two sided printing is a single toggle and it will revert to your settings after printing. Easy. Reliable. Accurate. You could not give me another brand of printer after this experience

Greater than one weekThis printer works great! It was easy to set up using the app. I havent had any problems with the printing and the prints have all been great. over all Im very satisfied with this printer.

Greater than one weekSee Brother support site. Many complaints over no LC401 ink available for the J1010 plus no aftermarket compatible ink cartridges for this model.
