This kit worked great on my 99 Expedition. I waited for the jb weld to cure for 24 hours. I ran it for about 3 hours and it worked great. Bad news is while I was driving I heard a bang then another bang, it was not the kit but number 4 blew out this time it looks impossible to repair with the Calvan 38900. It is way in the back and my ratchet will not fit.

My truck blew a spark plug on cylinder No. 4 and I really thought I was going to have to get my engine rebuilt. I found this kit and watched a couple of videos on it, and thought to myself, why not... whats the worst that could happen? I followed the instructions and completed each step listed in the kit, and low and behold it worked! My truck is running again! It is super important to make sure you follow each step and keep the cylinder cleaned out when making this repair, but its a lot better than buying a new engine or taking it to the shop to be repaired.
