    Nice compact size and decent build quality but my copy was very bad. It had focusing issues and I couldnt get sharp shots at any aperture. Had to send it back.

    Update: 3/25/18: No issues at all with the lens as expected. Ended up purchasing a lens hood for it, you can find it by searching for Fotasy flocking here on Amazon (flocking is a velvet like material that Canon has inside their lens hoods for preventing light from reflecting around), but the other is much much cheaper. Anyways, theres been no issues with the auto-focus, aperture adjustment, build quality or anything else. Grab this lens if youve never had a fast prime before!
