    This lens is amazing for $125. I had the old model for years and sold it and now I bought this newer model. For people that are critical of its flaws, its only $125 and its F1.8. You cant get a better lens than this price anywhere. I bought this for my trip to Europe as I need a cheap fast lens for night and early morning photos. My go to travel lens is Sigma 18-250 OS which is great for travelling but its too slow for low light setting. I am also shooting my friends wedding and this is good for portrait shots. If you are on a budget, you cant go wrong with this especially if you shoot with a tripod. Pics can be really sharp. I am an amateur on a budget and shot photos better than a $3000 wedding photographer. Sometimes its not the expensive equipment but the person behind the camera.
