Best TV mount. I bought 2 of them and they are the best!

Package arrived on time but the box was damaged and had no tape to keep box from opening. It is a heavy box and contents are robust but a bit more abuse in handling would have allowed everything to fall out of one end (the end it was sitting on). The instructions are well written, illustrated, and even a bit amusing. Sturdy bolts are supplied but the size I needed were not included. I mounted a Series 6 TCL - 65 inch - which is a 300x300 pattern with 6mm bolts. The shape of the rear of the TV required spacers. The 6mm bolts supplied were too short to use the supplied large spacer and have sufficient thread to ensure a good hold without watching my TV fall on the floor. The solution would be to either include more of the small spacers, which would be wobbly when stacked, or include a mid-size spacer. I optioned to buy the correct length of bolt, myself (6mm x 40mm), and also added split/lock washers. I also feel lock washers should have been included, but thats for my own peace-of-mind, especially if you are going to manipulate/move the TV, on occasion. The unit seems sturdy, allows great range of movement, has good instructions (including an excellent template), and is reasonably priced. Just be prepared to buy some additional hardware.

This mount does it all. Top of the line. If you love your tv then this mount is for you. Spend a little more, get a little more.

This is a very heavy duty mount with good motion, but remember any mount is only good as the installation, so do it right. And tighten it down correctly so you don’t have the problem several people describe.

It meets expectations

a) A nice heavy wall bracket, with a good width to enable lateral positioning adjustments on the wall, Echogear put the weight in the panel on the wall, and dropped the weight, or metal gauge, on the panel which the TV mounts too. Thats good, because it reduces the weight at the end of the arms. b) its a scissors type bracket, which is the best for heavy TVs and ensures that the TV stays level at any position, unlike the double to single arm that swings out to a single arm attached to the TV. Scissors is best. c) I like the tilt adjustment with a lever that allows tool-less adjustments. Nice job. d) They did not include adapters for my curved back Samsung, to fit the flat vertical hanging bars. Thats a minus for me, but Samsung anticipated that deficiency, and included 4 extensions with the TV which compensate, and give a flat back mounting profile. e) Nice length away from the wall. Better than most, and for a big TV it allows the viewer enough rotation to catch the far left or far right of a wide room. I like it. f) Currently one of my favorite TV mounts for bigger televisions. Summary: We have 9 different televisions for office, garage, business locations, and they range from 28 to several 49 Flat screen TVs, that date from the very heavy ones, circa 2007, to several current, and very thin televisions. Weve bought scissors type wall mounts, and ceiling mounts through the years, and I like many mounts, among this generation of manual adjustment mounts. We have some mounts that are heavier steel,than Echogear, and theyre all good ones. This Echogear is growing on me, due to its combination heavier materials against the wall, and lighter materials that move with the TV. I prefer a lighter mass in the parts of the bracket that move, with the newer thinner TVs. The older heavier Vizio TVs with a heavy steel frame are more rigid, and wont be as fragile, and are fine with a same gauge, heavy gauge, wall mount in all parts of the components.. Time will tell about this Echogear mount. There are lots of good TV mounts at this price point, and within $30 plus or minus, and this may be the one for you, but just be advised there are other equally good options, and this is not a one size fits all solution. Yes, I give it a buy it recommendation, especially with your very thin entry, or mid-range (price) flatscreen TV. If you are buying a very high-end TV, youre in a different price point, and looking for motorized, and retractible mounts.

I live the versatility of this product. I can tilt and extend my television to get the best picture for where I am sitting. I would definitely buy from them again!

Love this tv mount. It is my second purchase. It will hold variety of different sized TVs. It is strong and allows for great movement and positioning. Love love love it!

Super easy install even above a fireplace in faux stone with the template and installation instructions. Worth the money just for the template to make things simple. Might need to purchase longer lag screws depending on the thickness of the wall (I.e faux stone).
