> 3 dayWe bought 3 of these to mount 82 monitors for our Datacenter Operations Center, 108lbs each. This is my 3rd purchase of EchoGear mounts and they have all performed extremely well. Id recommend them in a heartbeat for any installation.

> 3 dayTLDR; This mount was perfect for our 75 Vizio P-Series. It will take two people to install, unless you like to live dangerously and youre borderline, clinically insane. 5/5. Would buy again and would recommend to anyone needing to mount a large TV. This mount is intense. Really heavy, but in the best way. It doesnt feel cheap and the weight seems fitting for a large TV mount. For installation youll need a drill with a 7/16 drill bit for your pilot hole for the lag screws. I used a stud finder as well to help me sleep at night. You should know, this is really a two person job. The mount is just heavy and cumbersome enough that is was difficult to get the lag screws in while holding up the mount. Even with my wife helping this was tough. Overall though, installation was very simple. Theres an excellent template for your pilot holes into your studs (or concrete/whatever youre mounting to) that you just tape level to the wall, drill your pilot holes, use the lag screws to secure the mount to the wall, install the end caps, the hang the TV. Pretty straightforward. We did have a slight freak out moment when the TV tilted down automatically because of its weight and the tension in the tilting mechanism wasnt high enough. If you have issues with tilting, make sure you use the included Allen wrench to adjust the nut side of the up/down tension axis (there is an adjuster rod as well, but we had to tighten both side very hard). This is a great mount. If the TV falls off the wall now its because its ripped half of our house down. Well done Echogear. Great product.

> 3 daya) A nice heavy wall bracket, with a good width to enable lateral positioning adjustments on the wall, Echogear put the weight in the panel on the wall, and dropped the weight, or metal gauge, on the panel which the TV mounts too. Thats good, because it reduces the weight at the end of the arms. b) its a scissors type bracket, which is the best for heavy TVs and ensures that the TV stays level at any position, unlike the double to single arm that swings out to a single arm attached to the TV. Scissors is best. c) I like the tilt adjustment with a lever that allows tool-less adjustments. Nice job. d) They did not include adapters for my curved back Samsung, to fit the flat vertical hanging bars. Thats a minus for me, but Samsung anticipated that deficiency, and included 4 extensions with the TV which compensate, and give a flat back mounting profile. e) Nice length away from the wall. Better than most, and for a big TV it allows the viewer enough rotation to catch the far left or far right of a wide room. I like it. f) Currently one of my favorite TV mounts for bigger televisions. Summary: We have 9 different televisions for office, garage, business locations, and they range from 28 to several 49 Flat screen TVs, that date from the very heavy ones, circa 2007, to several current, and very thin televisions. Weve bought scissors type wall mounts, and ceiling mounts through the years, and I like many mounts, among this generation of manual adjustment mounts. We have some mounts that are heavier steel, than Echogear, and theyre all good ones. This Echogear is growing on me, due to its combination heavier materials against the wall, and lighter materials that move with the TV. I prefer a lighter mass in the parts of the bracket that move, with the newer thinner TVs. The older heavier Vizio TVs with a heavy steel frame are more rigid, and wont be as fragile, and are fine with a same gauge, heavy gauge, wall mount in all parts of the components.. Time will tell about this Echogear mount. There are lots of good TV mounts at this price point, and within $30 plus or minus, and this may be the one for you, but just be advised there are other equally good options, and this is not a one size fits all solution. Yes, I give it a buy it recommendation, especially with your very thin entry, or mid-range (price) flatscreen TV. If you are buying a very high-end TV, youre in a different price point, and looking for motorized, and retractible mounts.

Greater than one weekI liked how easy it was to install. Did it without any help, although I recommend getting at least help when mounting the wall plate.

> 3 dayBefore I installed my very first tv wall mount I decided to do my research and Im so glad I did. This wall mount is very solid and would recommend two people to mount to wall. Once attached to your wall mounting my 75 inch TV was a breeze as the support bars are installed on the TV first and its simply a matter of placing top hooks on mount and lock in place. The mount not only pulls out from wall it also swivels, pans and tilts and is very solid. Considering this was my first installation I had no fear or doubt of its stability or strength as its very well constructed, not flimsy in anyway shape or form. It also comes with a very heavy template for the wall mounting with very easy to follow instructions. Tools I used were as follows. Drill, phillips screwdriver, level, studd finder, 1/2 socket for the lag bolts, 1/8 bit to verify exact location of studs and a 7/32 bit for pilot holes in studds, pencil for marking drill locations. This is a highly rated big screen TV mount and I would definitely recommend.

> 3 dayThe position of TV vertical braces in relation to wall unit and the mathematics to get in centered in opening could have been explored better

Greater than one weekA little worried that it wouldnt hold my 85 that I recently just bought but man was I wrong. The mount itself is pretty heavy surprisingly but Id figure if it needs to hold up to 120 lbs it needs to be. Worth the price if your going to mount something expensive on a wall.

> 3 dayUsed this to install a 55 tv. Instructions are pretty good- they dont take themselves too seriously, so dont expect a novel. They were written by a native english speaker, though, and they actually cover the necessary steps (unlike some others Ive bought, where I basically had to figure it out myself). Range of motion is very good- swings about 45 deg each direction, which is about all you can ask for. It rivals the big name in TV mounts, at a fraction of the cost. Good enough that I bought one, installed it, and immediately bought a second one to re-do a TV in another room.
