> 3 dayThis stuff is great, its print quality on my mars 3 pro is unbelievable. Good strength and practical solution for my needs, drop testing on concrete was passed with flying colors. Barely a mark was left, leaving little to be desired with this resin. Accurate, strong and just the right amount of flex. Finished prints feel great in the hand, perfectly accurate prints every single time. Great purchase!

> 3 dayIve had the best luck with Elegoo resins. Im also been playing with a few others, but Im having the most success with the Elegoo ones. I recently purchased a large bottle of Elegoo white and translucent and some different colored dyes to be able to make my own custom colors. When learning a new machine or printing style its always a good choice to stick with the company available filament or resin. It allows you to use settings that have been verified by the company to work so it removes the guesswork you may experience with other brand resins.

> 3 dayMy experience with this resin has been that it cleans up very easily with 99% IPA, cures pretty well with minimal shrinkage, and captures a good amount of detail. That said, the resin feels like its a bit on the soft side even after it was fully cured and somewhat brittle so I would be careful in using it for functional parts. For my purposes of scale modeling though, it is an excellent resin.

> 3 dayIm new to resin 3d printing, so while researching what kind of resin to get to begin with, I was looking for something that wouldnt be terribly brittle but I also didnt need prints I could throw across the room or anything. For the price this stuff sure delivers! It will break with too much pressure on this parts, but as you can see Im printing tabletop miniatures which are all basically all thin parts and the flexibility in this resin has helped with support removal and painting. I think, for someone just starting out, this is a great resin.

07-06-2025When I bought my 3D printer (Elegoo Mars 2 Pro), I got two resins. The Elegoo ABS-like Gray, and the Siraya Tech Gray. The Elegoo Gray resin has worked very well, however Ive noticed that it tends to take the edges off the prints. I can understand why some might want this. Its similar to applying a slight blur to remove aliasing from an image. You get less of that wood grain look after a print has finished when using it. I would recommend this more for models and less for parts In comparison the Siraya Tech resin doesnt seem to do this as much. Its much less soft and makes prints with harder edges, which means that wood grain look is more prominent. But this also means that it can print finer details on models as well. I would recommend this for part making over models.

> 3 dayIve had solid results with this resin on my Photon. Using settings suggested on Photonsters spreadsheet. Gaslands scale miniatures still on supports in first photo, 28mm fantasy figs on FDM printed bases in 2nd photo. I normally print 28mm minis without bases. Makes it easier to print and remove supports. I base them later, sometimes using just plain PLA FDM printed bases.

> 3 dayI should have taken a picture of the vat when I took the prints out. It was nothing but wasted resin in large clumps all over the vat. This mess tore through the FEP and cured on the screen. 2 out of the 5 prints running at the time failed. This is where it messed up the screen. The print was supposed to use 227ml but all 500ml of resin was used up because it was all turned into clumps. I used the setting printed on the bottle for the timing. If this mess can’t be cleaned off of my Photon Mono X I am going to be pissed! The only up side is that the completed prints are very durable despite not being perfect in their smooth surface detail.
