> 24 hourIm upgrading my 15-key stream deck, selling this one to a friend. And upgrading to this 32-key stream deck, the upgrade process was very easy, I was asked if I wanted to copy over the profile to the new stream deck. I confirmed, and all my settings showed up on the new 32-key stream deck. Elgato makes a great product. Works exactly as described, and they are still making improvements to the software. I just bought a 15-key for my day-job, Im going to start using this for productivity purposes other than streaming. Elgato should consider renaming this to a MINI-SCADA system.

> 24 hourI did not buy this for streaming, and instead use this for working from home at my desk. Reasons why I enjoy it * Zoom - I was able to program shortcuts and just have a nice little gadget to mute, raise hand, camera on/off, and leave calls. I felt more engaged in the meeting vs using my mouse to move all over the screen and getting distracted by other things going on * Elgato Key Light - I received this as part of a work from home package and at first I wasnt sure if I cared but it ended up being a very useful and needed light source for my needs. Having a simple button at my fingertips made this a nice add. * Pomodoro Timer - I was able to use this to trigger multi-actions. So I had a pomodoro timer turn on and also a white noise track from spotify play at the same time. This allowed me to get my focus work done. * Calendar - I had set up separate buttons specifically to pull up my calendar on a specific area of my screen (used with moom) to have a good glance at my day. I use this feature often since my day is filled with zoom meetings. * World clock - I was able to display a world clock which is useful since I have teams across the world I work with * Spotify - nice to have controls at my finger tips. * App Launcher - it works just like cmd-tab, but I could toggle thru my apps by using a button. So... to be fair, none of this *required* a stream deck, but it definitely did make things a lot more simple, and I really liked this experience that I didnt realize I would benefit from, especially working from home. However, I have decided to return the mini. I was going to buy the 15key one because while the mini does allow for folders and menus, I find that I would be willing to pay a little extra to not have to dig thru menu items. However, before I buy the 15key, I am going to try the mobile app version on a stand first. One day with the mobile version definitely means it is not as tactile (the buttons on the stream deck feel great) but it does provide the same functionality as the 15key at a fraction of the cost. I think this is a great product for those working from home and taking video calls with teams often. This can be programmed to do a lot of things and I feel like I havent scratched the surface. The mini definitely did everything I mentioned above, but I have the desk space and disposable income to maybe take it a step further. Highly recommend, but not needed. Its like wired vs wireless headphones. Wired was fine, wireless is better.

> 24 hourI use it for streaming purposes and it work like a charm. Makes transitions to other screens, muting and etc so much easier than having to minimize windows on my pc.

> 24 hourEasily one of the best investments you can make if you truly care about live streaming. One of the main problems I was having before getting this was using hotkeys in OBS. I either couldnt remember them all, the hotkeys I wanted to use wouldnt be picked up by OBS unless it was the active window (not good for using while in a game), or was too simple and could be accidentally triggered. This is by far the best solution out there for controlling your computer and controlling OBS. Its built in screen allows you to set custom icons to easily see what each button does at only a quick glance. For example, my OBS scene switching buttons have an example picture of the actual scene on it, making it quick and easy to see which scene is which. On top of that, unlike other custom keyboards that can only press hotkeys, this unit and its accompanying software control OBS directly, meaning no more worrying about certain hotkey combos not working. And with the added folder system, you can have way more buttons configured than you could with a similarly priced custom programmable keypad. One feature Ive used constantly the Twitch clip button. Instead of hoping other people in stream clip it, you can make a clip of what just happened, all with one single tap of a button. Makes capturing those epic moments in a live stream much easier. The streamlabs integration is also might useful, as you can now run credits or spin the wheel without needing the web interface open The flexability and versatility of this thing is unmatched. Well worth the investment for streamers.

> 24 hourThis hotkey deck, which I use for high volume stock day-trading, works so well that after a number of months, I cant imagine a way that it could be better designed. The keys have such smooth, positive action that I get split-second response every time. The set-up software is also very comprehensive and well-designed.

> 24 hourAt first I thought this would be nothing more than a fancy shortcut key tool that is overpriced, but upon seeing how it can be used with infinite possibilities of shortcuts and combos of different functions I had to get one. 15key version works perfect for me as high level of streaming and other things are not my thing. I do use a lot of shortcuts to open apps and games...so figured this might do it easier. Well! It does! And more than that! This thing is amazing. Not only its super intuitive to use (if you are stuck with certain functions, head to youtube for easy 10-15 min tutorials) but has amazing customization for each icon and folder you set up. Well read the other reviews and watch some videos if you are not biased. The only thing I would ask them to make next is a small screen that does full integration of MFCD button frames that you can buy for Flight Sims. Since this stream deck looks like a big LCD screen with buttons on it, making a similar screen just for integration to Flight sim tools would be easy for them. Having said that, due to it being fully customizable, you can hotkey or add shortcuts from your flight sim cockpits directly to it. The possibilities are endless and only limited by your usage.

> 24 hourThis is ridiculously easy to use, and is extremely convenient. I wish I wouldve gotten it sooner. I primarily use it to switch scenes in Xsplit and change music while in game and send chat responses to faq. This sounds simple but it makes all difference in making a stream operate smoothly. I also have had problems with streamlabs properly showing notifications (again would take an alt+tab mid game in a 5 seconds window to activate the notification), now its available at the touch of the button. The only downside is that it doesnt have integration in everything which is hard to be critical about when it works so well with what it advertises and has added in a lot in the past year since release (xsplit/mixer integration added in prompted me to finally purchase it). I would love for this to work 100% with spotify and discord. As it stands I cannot control those apps like I can for Xsplit. Id like to be able to mute my mic in discord as well as be able to control Spotify volume specifically (the multimedia volume controls are for windows volume not spotify). I use a bot program called Scorpbot that would benefit from integration as well, but its not as important as Spotify and Discord. Regardless I have only had this for less than a week and have already had so many friends inquire about it - it is not just useful for streaming it is useful for pretty much anyone who uses their computer the majority of the day. $150 isnt cheap, but the product is worth it imo.
