> 3 dayStarting off, I dont stream. I still love the things this thing does. I can switch between my headphones and my speakers with the push of a button, mute/deafen discord, shadowplay things, volume control, turn off my room lights, restart the computer, and more. Theres a whole marketplace of free plugins to use with it. I had one problem, and that was the slipperiness of it. When I pressed the buttons, it would move on my desk. For this, I cannot give it 5 stars as it was very annoying to the point of me thinking about returning it. Luckily I found an idea on Reddit to cut an old mousepad into the shape of the bottom of the Streamdeck and place it under the device. This worked great and now it doesnt move at all. As for the panels themselves, they look a little weird when viewed at an angle, but you can customize every aspect of the icons in the software. I made the icons have no words on them so it wouldnt look distorted, and it looks great. Overall a great buy.

> 3 dayWhen I first got it, I thought it might be a bit of overkill or a luxury item that isnt necessary.... But, as I keep finding more and more functions to add, its becoming more and more indispensable!!! I am a livestreamer, but thats not its only function. If you use your computer all day long like I do, its much more like having every single keyboard shortcut and other types of shortcuts at your fingertips. It does require set up and is a bit of a process to figure out exactly what you want to do because its so robust and you are not fully aware of ALL it can do at the start. You might end up setting it up a few times before you get it exactly right. Thats ok, because the software is so simple... Ive actually created buttons and functions during Livestreams, its *that* easy. Its worth mentioning, you can find a zillion YouTube videos on how to do just about anything with it, so ya... Its an awesome tool that you might learn you cant live without!

> 3 dayThe Elgato Steam Deck Is A Necessity For EVERY Computer Setup!! I cant stress enough how much of a time saver this product is, between easily launching programs, changing my bedroom light, or ordering a pizza from my saved orders list, the product truly is great. The stream deck comes in amazing packaging and offers sooo much customizability from opening task, operating smart home features, online shopping, video editing features and more with its 15 customizable tiles. You can also create folders on the stream deck virtually making it so that you have an infinite amount of tile options to use. The tile screens have an amazing color gambit! Would Highly Recommend. So much easier to get stuff done.

Greater than one weekEasily the best new tech device Ive seen in quite some time! VERY easy to program, solid construction. The buttons and case are heavy duty and the screens inside are bright and very customizable. Very user friendly interface for programming the buttons! Its uses are endless and its not just for streamers. HIGHLY recommended. NO problems after 3 days of use. Only recommendation is to update the cable to more modern computers. You can tell they put a lot of time into working out the details with this!

> 3 dayI LOVE the Stream Deck so far. And let me say that you DO NOT need to be a streamer to use or benefit from one of these devices. I am a YouTuber and I have already used the Stream Deck while streaming and to help with my video editing. PROS: - The Stream Deck is small and doesnt take up much desk space (photo comparison to my keyboard). - The construction of it is mostly hard plastic along with the stand. A metal shell would be even better, but the plastic feels really nice and sturdy. - The stand is quite useful and has notches so you can adjust the angle at the device is sitting at. If you dont like the stand, you can just set the device directly on your desk. - The keys/screens actually get quite bright and the colors are accurate. You can adjust the brightness on the application itself which is handy especially if youre working in a dark area. - The software that controls the device is user friendly and intuitive. - The initial batch of controls/integrations is quite impressive and I look forward to future updates for even more controls. - The ability to create folders is a nice feature and allows for up to 210 unique controls to toggle at your fingertips. - Aside from the streaming controls, the Stream Deck is extremely useful in day-to-day productivity (I use it to launch hotkey shortcuts in Adobes Creative Cloud software). - It is very easy to create and change the icons on the device. I create all of mine custom in Photoshop and it takes any 72x72 JPG or PNG image file. CONS: - The buttons feel a little mushy and sometimes it will register as you hitting them twice -- but it is easy to avoid. - The tiny LCD screens seem a little off-center, so I have been shifting the main focus of my icons to the right by one pixel to make it look more center on the device. - I wish the USB cable was removable from the back, and it is quite short, but it can easily be attached to an extension USB cable if you need it to reach further. - Sometimes when going in and out of folders quickly, icon images from the previous screen will still be displayed. This seems like mostly a software glitch and will hopefully be patched in an update. EXTRAS: - For the more tech-savvy folks out there who are interested in doing custom commands and scripts with this device, I have been using AutoHotkey. - AutoHotkey is free to download and has a lot of good documentation. - Some use cases of it are that it allows you to carry out mouse interactions, the ability to send text, read text, create variables, and so on. In conclusion, this device has a TON of potential! I played around with it for a few hours when I first got it and quickly learned and set it up the way I wanted. If you need a tool to help with streaming and/or productivity on your computer, look no further! Hopefully future updates to the software will just keep expanding the possibilities.

> 3 dayThis is the best purchase I have made in a while. This is so useful, even more so than I knew when I purchased. The ability to add folders is hands down the best update they have done. So, first off, this is for anyone that uses their computer for more than surfing the web. It is basically a small board with 3 rows of 5 keys that are little screens. Each one is a button that you can assign a task to. From hotkeys to opening a program and even switching scenes in OBS. Now the great thing is you can assign a button to be a folder. When you click on it now it is a whole other level of buttons basically. I have mine set up with a folder of the apps that I frequently use or open when I turn on my computer. Then I have a folder of Adobe software. You can even set the buttons as functions in Adobe programs. Talk about versatile use. I can not say enough on how useful this Stream Deck is, this thing is pure AWESOME.
