> 24 hourI use this for every mode of business. I can set it up for video recording session, DJ, administrative work pressing a button to go to certain network drives and opening apps. Saves a lot of clicks (time).

> 24 hourIm hoping to use the Stream Deck XL as part of a system to run a homemade Communication Device for aphasia. According to Elgato, only Windows 10 pro 64 bit (expensive) and Apples OS-X (even more expensive) are officially supported. So Im searching for alternative OSs. The only W 10 pro 64 bit computer that works for me is great for learning the Stream Deck XL, but that computer is somewhat old and weighs over 30 lbs. What I would like to find is a laptop that includes Windows 10 pro 64 bit, or some way to run the Stream Deck XL on a Raspberry 4 pi. I like the Stream Deck XL a lot. Aphasia, you may finally be meeting a worthy foe.

> 24 hourto mention the sheer amount of versatility this device employs would never be enough to do it justice. you can go so far as to automate tasks in your office environment re apps for software integration or even hardware implementation such as the companies own lighting arrangements (key light/air, ring light, etc). if youre a streamer and want to send an alert/message/reaction, you can assign (easily!) ea of the tactile keys on the unit to trigger that notification for your viewers on the stream. take it down to the operating system environment and remove the activity of streaming, you can assign a key to change volume, launch an app, or even to dive deeper, manipulate functions within certain programs to perform tasks. one big thing for which i use stream deck is creating macros such as w one tap on the icon on a preexisting key from the unit, i can actually start the stream, play a welcome message, drop a line in my streams chat window, and fire off a social media post w a predetermined message that im live and invite people to come in for that days event. as a side note, i chose the xl version because i dont like the idea of making folders because thats an extra tap (plus i automate everything w minimal tapping intervention), so i get a billion keys to assign automation to ea one so i never have to actually do anything at the computer because stream deck executes it all. talk about convenient, but its kind of eerie, to be serious for a second. i should mention that you can customize the background of ea key in the stream deck application so it can be heavily personalized, but thats just the tip of the iceberg for what you can do w this gold.

> 24 hourIm not gonna build a big review of this thing because I have much to do still with the daylight I have, but I just want to say. If you have a little time to put together your shortcuts, favorites, websites, etc. This will work way beyond use for streaming. It is the single most organizer friendly PC control accessory I have ever had next to a good gaming keyboard. Having visual shortcuts, shortcut pages, and other useful functions, including and up to smart home controls, is a masterpiece device to add to your primary home computer. I run a dual PC server with a gaming rig as a primary and a server hosting machine as a secondary, and this destroys hotkeys by miles!! This is worth every penny!!!!!!

> 24 hourI purchased Elgato Stream Deck XL 32 buttons is working very well, the finish of its structure is matte and the animations that are placed either gifs or videos are more fluid as they have better optimized the system, I had bought Stream Deck 15 buttons and decided to fucionarlo / paste it as seen in the pictures getting an integration of the 2 accessories. What strikes me is that in the XL the buttons have a yellow contrast, since the Stream Deck of 15 buttons the contrast is blue, at the beginning it bothered me a little to see the buttons yellowish but now I am used to the contrast generated by the light of the streamdeck. This contrast or color change is not mentioned in the reviews or the youtube videos, it would be nice if someone could tell me. Anyway the functionality has been excellent, I started with 15 buttons but the 32 has been excellent. I suggest you buy the XL as it is an excellent purchase.

> 24 hourThis is a great little device. I actually purchased it since my life seems to be on zoom 24/7 and it’s very handy both as meeting control and general system shortcuts. I wish mute/unmute was instantaneous - it’s pretty good, just noticeably not instant.

> 24 hourI do not use this for gaming or for music/ videos but as a hot button solution for mY daily work task. With little experience I was able to set up hot buttons to open files and websites with one click. It saves me a lot of time and has increased productivity.

> 24 hourAs a startup streamer, its a great tool to have, since you can stop relying on key combos to switch scenes, alt-tab to play/pause media, Its a great tool to have, and all of the keys an be assigned different functions or even keystrokes! Myself I currently use to quick-manage my stream scenes, and for a couple of games and Ive not been disappointed thus far. Highly recommended!

> 24 hourI love using the Stream Deck so far because I can be lazy and turn my Hue lightbulbs on or off or do whatever with that from my desk. Even if you are not a streamer, this Stream Deck can function really well for any gamers or casual users. There are so many ways to use this Stream Deck like connect it to your Shadowplay, Hue, have random text that you want to spam your friends, etc. Its all there and its great. My complaint with this so far - When you push a button, it seems to be like how you push hard on the screen and you see that weird effect. Even if you push lightly, it still does it, but I guess thats how it works. It kind of bothers me in a way how I keep seeing this from pushing buttons.
