> 3 dayEasy to install with my Nexia system. I did not need tech support but when I use Nexia tech support they have been friendly, understand my communication even though I don’t speak technical and easy to understand their instructions and communication.

Greater than one weekNo issues pairing it to SmartThings. The newer way of adding a device by scanning a QR is nice. No issues controlling the outlet once paired.

> 3 dayThis plug requires a compatible hub to control. The hubs are expensive and not plug and play. Buyer beware.

> 3 dayWorks great with my Honeywell Lyric Controller. I can turn on and off lights manually from the controller or from my phone with the Honeywell Lyric App while on my network or let the controller turn the lights on or off based on triggered events.

> 3 dayIt is advertised to work with Logitech Harmony Hub but it doesnt. I wish it would. It waste a waste of time trying this switch to get to work with my Harmony Hub. False advertising! Update: bought the Harmony Home Hub Extender and a GE ZigBee switch and that combination worked perfectly. I now can control this switch thru my Harmony Elite Remote and even include this switch to any activity.

> 3 dayWorks as advertised. I used it this season for remotely turning on and off my holiday lighting systems. And my Smart home Z-Wave system allowed me to set timing programs. Its a dual three prong outlet.

> 3 dayI like this product a lot, but heaven help you if you get one that doesn’t play nicely with a Smarthings hub. You best bet is it exclude it, then reset to factory settings. I then found that holding the on button as I plugged it in did the trick. It’s also a bummer that it’s sold out in many places. Even though I’ve had a few bumpy installs, I like to stick to a consistent group of products to make troubleshooting and integration easy.
