> 3 dayBought the refurbished model. Seems to be working so far. Great picture quality. Best in a very dark room. I have an apple tv 4K device installed on it as well as a vizio soundbar with wireless subwoofer and surround speakers. Also using a 100 inch screen. Great for movies and sports.

> 3 dayExcellent color, contrast and brightness. Input lag is good enough for console gamers. The ECO mode is quite. I like 3LCD projector more than DLP projector. They have better color and contrast. If you are like me, looking for a 3LCD projector, for movies and gaming, and 4K, Epson product line is definitely what you can’t miss. And this one, HC3800, is the best at $1000-$2000. I love it! (This is a late review. I bought the projector one year ago. I’ve been enjoying it for the past whole year. I am so glad that I did a right decision a year ago)

> 3 dayThe screen from the beginning would not focus on all 4 corners. I have this ceiling mounted, and I suspect the lens is not designed to be mounted from the ceiling. If the text at the top of the screen was in focus, the text at the bottom would be slightly out of focus. This happened with 2 projectors (sent the first one back for a replacement). The replacement lasted 10 months. I will report back after I go through the warranty process with Epson. If that goes well, I might adjust my review positively. Customer service is important.

> 3 dayFor the price this is amazing product. I bought this primarily to watch movies and sports during day time in family room. With a light curtain I can watch anything like watching a huge TV. Best part is Epson support. Ive been using epson projector since 2010 (HC 8350). Epson support answer your questions within hours if not in minutes. For ever epson user here.

> 3 dayPicture was decent. It was pretty bright but I spent a week’s worth of time trying to get audio connected. I tried Bluetooth to my Visio sound bar/surround sound system and when that didn’t work I tried HDMI, I tried 3.5mm audio cables, I tried optical I tried adapters to all three of those audio options and still.....NO AUDIO! Through the process of elimination I determined that it was the projector itself that had to be the issue. I bought the same exact model directly from Best Buy and connected the audio through the Bluetooth in 2 seconds. The cheaper price from this 3rd party seller I believe is the problem... Best Buy explained that’s why they don’t price match with certain companies or sellers because it may look like the same model but it may not include one or two features and that how they sell it for less...makes sense after all the hassle I went through!
