Easy to install, good instructions for my system, and works very well. The app isnt the greatest, but definitely functional, and the price is right (free).

Only issue I had was that I was directed on line to fine the install instructions and initially found an outdated version which only partially worked. I did find the updated instructions and all is well. I have not attempted to setup texting or a camera yet but have plans to do so. Awesome product!!!

It is so nice to have the remote access to the alarm via the phone for both activation and monitoring. I have had no issues with it.

UPDATE - after about a month of service, there have been zero issues. It does exactly what it says it will do. Text messages for events arrive in about 2 seconds. You can remote arm/disarm, but you still need the code, so secure enough. I got the 3rd party iPhone app, but I dunno, doesnt seem any better than the mobile web interface, and you have to set up your router to port forward, which can be a pain, depending on your router. This will be my fallback in case the mfg goes out of business and shuts down their servers. Overall this is a great product! (ADT is sad that I cancelled, based on the number of phone calls and emails I have received from them.) I am very impressed by this device. Connected it to my Vista 20P (ADT version) with no issues whatsoever. It does not even seem to interfere with my (soon to be cancelled) ADT monitoring. I didnt want to run 100 feet of CAT5 cable to my router, so I bought a Netgear WNCE2001 wifi adapter, and everything works perfectly (was really not expecting that, to be honest). Note to DIYers: if you have never programmed or wired something to your alarm panel, this may not be the best project for you - at least if you have a Honeywell system. While the instructions found on the website are correct, they dont really explain what exactly you are doing. If you dont know your installer code and/or dont have the programming manual, probably best to get someone to put it in for you. Also, you need an alphanumeric display touchpad to program the Vista20P, which in my case, ADT did not install (had to put it in myself).

You can use any Honeywell resideo legacy or DSC panel plus you can chose have it professional monitored or Do it your self . As easy 123

Easy to install, works GREAT! I get all alerts/alarms now over the cell phone. Best part it saves me 24.95 a month!
