> 3 dayGreat product! It was relatively easy to install. If you arent handy with technology you may find installation a bit difficult. I love how easy it is to arm and disarm with my phone.

> 3 dayIm very impressed with this communicator. We did a lot of research before purchasing and thought this would work great for us. Our first unit did not work properly but customer service was excellent. I ended up buying a second one and returning the first one. I Installed it in approx 15 minutes (Im a working mom to three kids so I dont have much time). Very important, make sure you disconnect all power, including the battery back up that is connected to the alarm. Then follow the exact directions: set up account, register device @ eyezon website, wait 10 minutes, plug in device as indicated on video with the four red black white and green cables ( eyezon website), then plug to the Internet via the Ethernet port, then power up and CHARAN!!!! Lights will turn on the envisalink. All the lights will turn on to show unit is properly connected. You will be able to name your zones, get notifications, even see which doors were open and at what time. Arm and disarm from your phone or computer! This is amazing and there is no monthly fee. Cant wait to hook up cameras and temperature controllers to this little unit. I leave for work knowing exactly what is going on. Honestly impressed!

> 3 dayThis is a nice addition for a DSC Alarm Panel that gives you an cell phone app to view the status while away from the home. Note: you cannot program the alarm panel through this app, just view the status.

Greater than one weekThis device was so easy to hookup. I was shocked. I made my old hard worded system smart and web enabled. I love it. I also was able to tie this into Home Assistant for automation. This put new life to my alarm system. Highly recommend.

> 3 dayWorks better than expected, took about 4 days to receive. 2.5hrs setup & tweaking. But This 4 crayon size circuit board packs a circuit board of technology. My panel is a SW3000 (Adt panel). Wiring is simple(wire supplied). Color to color from panel to EVL4. Instructions are direct. Be aware do not be scared of your alarm panel. Most of the work can be WITHOUT powering the panel down. The one thing the instructions left out is how to back door(access programming) the Honeywell panel. You must know your programming code to do the needed programming. If you cannot access programming, remove NEG leg of battery power, loosen terminal #1(DO NOT SHORT(touch it)ON TERMINAL 2-it will blow your 16.5 volt transformer/power supply). Leave powered down at least five seconds-don’t worry your not going to default your panel by doing this. Next Connect NEG leg of battery. Restore wire to terminal 1, tighten, , power restores. Go to your keypad press star£ (*#) at the same time. Depending on your keypad (&panel type), the screen will say 20 or 20 Install code(128/250 will say 00 install code)....You are now in programming. Press *20 (Sw3000/V20P/V15p-then a NEW 4 digit code, keypad beeps 3 times. If you are using a 128/250 panel press *00 then your a new four digit code keypad beeps 3 times (DO NOT USE YOUR STANDARD master CODE). Now refer to the instruction on the Envislaink paperwork. But remember you are in programming. To exit programming you’ll have to press *99. Don’t be intimidated while programming just go slow, follow the instructions and you’ll be good. When in the setup software it will ask for email, name, phone number. After powering up the unit you’ll see it register on the EyezON website. If it doesn’t then you missed a step within the Honeywell programming(repeat programming). You may need to play with the programming to tweak to your discretion(zone names, user names, phones which receive SMS TEXT). Don’t doubt yourself....you can do it. Phil4:13,John 3:16,Jer 29:11.

Greater than one weekI added this to a new Honeywell Vista 20-P Alarm Panel. I have used an Envisalink 3 for years but when I moved we had both the old and new homes for several months. This allowed me to be able to monitor both panels remotely regardless of where I was. Simple and easy to install and use. No monitoring fees but if the alarm triggers (which it never has, I can either call a neighbor to check the house or call the police. This is especially easy to do at the new house because the local police dept will watch (do drive bys) while you are out of town if you ask them. Better than paying the fees for a professional system in every way except one - no discount from your insurance company but the discount is a fraction of the monitoring fees. So, this is still the best solution that I have found!
