> 24 hourWorks as advertised. Probably not for a novice. Our alarm co refuses to install this, as they are contractually obliged to run their vendors solution which tacks on a few extra hundred in equipment, install and then a monthly $15. So read the manual, more than once, same with the alarm box manual, dove in and got it to work. The instructions / manual should be more detailed, as it does not explain how to skip the fields it does not need to be programmed or what number to enter in those cases; so you are going through an entire systems records, one by one ... improvising and roughing it. Really wish theyd come out with a small app, because the web browser icon on my phone turns white with every use.

> 24 hourI have this hooked up with a Honeywell Vista 20P. I purchased this in order to have it communicate with a Home Assistant installation I was setting up. The web interface is easy to navigate and responsive. This integration works very well with the HA module and I have found no hiccups so far. The only negative, or inconvenience, I had was that there is no option to manually assign a IP address on a different sub net. For my installation I have a different network setup for cameras and home controller that is only accessible from the camera/HA server. As a work around I had to setup a DHCP server to assign it an initial address before I could set the manual final address.

> 24 hourThis device does everything it says it does. Ive been using their mobile web app on my iPhone 6 and I can see which zones have been triggered and when, bypass a zone if it is open, arm, disarm and more. It notifies me if an alarm has been tripped with a text and or email message all without user fees. The install was easy, but if you have a Vista 15 - 20 like I do make sure you follow the panel programming directions on their website; I needed to enable shadowing on my Vista panel to get all of the functions to work. Im very pleased with this product.

> 24 hourI can totally control, monitor, and receive notifications from my vista 20p panel from anywhere with this bad boy board. Very happy with the purchase. Hardware install was very straightforward however I had 2 errors on the Eyez-On website initially due to the need to assign a keypad address to the EVL-4. Once I assigned the keypad address and refreshed the their website i was only left with one error(#29) which per the manual on their website was a network communication error as I had to give permission to the panel to let the EVL-4 communicate with my internet connection by inputting the codes provided in the manual specific for my 20p. FYI it also had instructions for other brands that had error 29 like DSC and a couple others.

> 24 hourConnected to a Honeywell Vista 15 and it works exactly as it should. Documentation is very thorough and easy to follow. Although I didnt subscribe, its nice they also offer monitoring for about $9/month. The only issue I have is with the very dated app; functional but clunky. Example: arm or disarm the system and the app doesnt automatically update the status screen. There isnt even the ability to manually refresh the screen. You have to navigate away from the screen and return to it to view the updated status. The web interface needs updating as well. While not expecting or needing something as polished as Alarm.coms app, the Eyezon app gives you the feeling of using an old flip phone today. Hopefully enough people bring this to their attention so they can update it.

> 24 hourI did not have a line at my alarm panel and had to use a TP-Link AV1000 Powerline Ethernet Adapter to connect to the wifi. It worked fine. Very impressed. Works as described. No monthly fees.
