> 24 hourWow! The installation instructions on web site are clear. And the product works fantastic with our Honeywell alarm panel. I will be buying one for each of our alarm panels. It helps to be a little technical and know how to program your alarm panel. Their free service is also quite adequate for most people. I expect to upgrade my service to get zone descriptors and some other features. And the price of $60/year is quite reasonable.

> 24 hourIt does what its advertised to do. I would love to see a more robust GUI under development, but in terms of what its for, we used it successfully to monitor our alarm while we were gone for 2 weeks. We had someone come and check up on the house a couple times. They had trouble rearming the alarm, so I did it from my phone. For the price, its well worth it rather than giving my hard earned $ to an overpriced alarm service.

> 24 hourLove this device. Installed it and now I can remotely monitor my Honeywell VISTA alarm panel, as well as arm/disarm. Even better, using HomeBridge I was able to add it to my Homekit devices. Now I can see at a glance if the alarm is armed or not, and have even easier access arm/disarm the system using my phone or Siri. Installing requires some comfort around wiring and such. Wasnt an issue for me but if you havent mucked around with your alarm panel at all you may find it a little more of a challenge. But I found it straightforward.

> 24 hourI have a Honeywell Vista 20p system that I installed myself. I am not a professional installer and had this installed in less than an hour with the detailed instructions. I can now remotely control my alarm system from my phone.

> 24 hourI already have 4g wireless monitoring service for $15/mo, but they want an extra $10/mo for remote App access. I found out about this device and decided to get it. I did have to run an Ethernet cable through the attic from my switch to the alarm panel, but not too big of a deal for me. I know some people have other solutions such as a getting a wireless to wired Ethernet device and skipping the hard wire route. I considered it, but this has no chance of disconnecting from my switch unless the wire is physically damaged. Got it mounted in my alarm panel, hard-wired to my Ethernet and then set it up on the Eyeson website. The app gives me very fast notifications which I initially had set to tell me on all events. I quickly learned this was way too many alerts and changed it just to arm/disarm as well as system errors and of course when the alarm is set off. I love the convenience of being able to check if my alarm is actually armed (I sometimes forget) and having the ability to arm it remotely if I didnt. I also like that I can disarm it remotely if I need to (i.e. let someone in the house without providing the disarm code). I understand that they also offer monitoring for $8.99/mo which is very reasonable and almost half of what I pay. The problem is that someone just has to cut your Internet or power and your alarm monitoring goes with it. My 4g wireless monitoring company will get still be monitoring in events like this. If have technical knowledge and ability to install one of these and your system is compatible, then I highly recommend it.
