So far so good and got my system up and running.

OMG, never realized that this board would do so much for us. In addition to its own great software for managing your alarm it is easily integrated into Home Assistant. In the past we never remembered to turn the alarm on, or too tired at night to do so. With this board and home assistant our alarm, arms itself every night and turns off in the morning. Beautiful ! Also, ALL your sensors become usable with Home Assistant, I now use one of the alarm motion sensors to turn on a lamp early in the morning when I wake up during the week. You can also use all binary contacts for any thing you can automate. Doors, windows, etc. For the small price it brings your old Alarm unit into present day. Oh and one other thing I did, We use the chime feature of our alarm for the doors because we have little ones and want to know if they open a door, but want it off at night. Was easy to set up a script in Home assistant to toggle this off and on everyday.

Works OK with the Honeywell Vista 20P, but seriously needs to add Z-Wave compatibility for a complete system.

Easy to install if you are technically savvy, just need to push 4 of the supplied wires into the keypad ports on the alarm board (red/black/yellow/green). I just twisted them into the wires for my existing 2 keypads. Had no issues at all with setup, device was registered and working within minutes of online activation. Very impressed!

Works nice. Can name zones

Love it! Installation took me 1/2 hour (ADT system). Installation and setup was straight forward like described in the manual. The device stays connected reliably to the eyez-on internet server. I can check my alarm status, arm/disarm my alarm from phone whenever I want. Some basic functionality is offered for free. Advanced functions and monitor is for a monthly fee which can be expected.
