> 24 hourWe wanted to camp in July/August, but not being able to sleep is a deal breaker for me. This fan really helps remove the annoyance of trying to go to sleep hot and sweaty. We would fall asleep with it on and then turn in off during the night once the temperature dropped. The stated run times are accurate, and the fan is powerful. One thing I noticed (I also bought the same fan for a family member, and they said the same thing): when this fan is 100 percent charged, it seems to cycle up and down in power until it reaches a slightly lower level of charge. This goes away quickly, but is a minor annoyance. Also, we have a 10 by 10 tent, and since the fan doesnt rotate, you have to kind of position it carefully to hit everyone. I tried to charge this directly with a portable solar panel, and it didnt work for some reason. So I just charged it with my portable generator. This to me was the best set up for our long camping trip. Solar charged the generator, plugged in the fan to the generator. Then at night had ample electricity to charge any remaining devices. Very much recommended. Again, if you are like me, if you know you arent going to be able to sleep in the heat, you wont go camping. With this I dont worry.

> 24 hourUpdate: This sat in our RV for a year, getting to slightly below freezing in the winter to over 100° in the summer. It was not fully charged when we stored it, but I dont know what level it was. Today I pulled it out and it started putting out a breeze. I plugged it in, and it is over 60% charged, even after sitting for a year! More impressed now than when we first bought it! It works great for moving air around the RV on hot nights when we dont have power. Its a game-changer for summer boondocking! We bought this for warm nights boondocking in our travel trailer or in our tent. When it arrived, it was about 60% charged. I plugged it in and waited for all lights to go off, indicating a full charge. I then set it on the lowest speed and let it run. 25 hours later, the red light began to blink, indicating it needed a charge! I had not expected that kind of battery life! Another 2 hours on the charger, and back to full charge again. Im excited to have a solution to move a little air when were away from electricity!

> 24 hourthe fan is nice in the sense that it is portable. my boyfriend purchased it for camping since we use a fan every night at home, but it didn’t last all night. it died half way through the night and since we didn’t have a way to charge it, we were pretty disappointed the rest of the weekend. the quality is great, but for the price it definitely should have a battery that last longer.

> 24 hourworks great. Very helpful for a fair sized room. The low speed setting is good at hot nights to cool enough to have a good sleep. Last more than 20 hour when set to low speed. But only about 3 hours at max speed. If it can last long will be perfect

> 24 hourThese are great fans, at least while they work (which isnt long). After two years my fan wouldnt take a charge. I have contacted the company, I have searched the internet and I cant obtain a replacement battery pack. Unless you have a battery spot welder and have the skills to make a new battery pack (six 18650s), you are out of luck, and an otherwise good fan goes to the landfill.

> 24 hourAnother update: 11 weeks after making a support request, and 6 follow up emails I sent, I was finally replied to and asked for my shipping address to send a replacement. This was about one week ago. We will see if I receive a replacement or not… Back to update that it’s been 2 more mos and no reply from support. I’ve been emailing every week. I was so impressed with this fan when I originally purchased about 9 mos ago. It seemed very high quality and performant. I felt I paid a premium price for a premium product. We used in a fully enclosed and ibsulated sun room for about 3 mos. total. I stored fan inside home in dry warm basement and recently brought back out to use to and it wouldn’t charge or turn on. I’ve been trying to get support for this issue for over 3 mos now and no progress. You will get bounced around between countries and emails and asked for videos and invoices and details on details but NOTHING will be done with all the information provided. I have done hours of my own troubleshooting and research, tried purchasing new charger and come to the conclusions I wasted a lot of money on a product with a faulty battery. This is one of my worst Amazon finds for sure! Save your money and don’t buy this.

> 24 hourWe live in an area that is prone to storms and that sometimes results in power outages. When that happens in the middle of the night, we often wake up and cannot go back to sleep because it is so hot and so QUIET! We bought this battery operated fan in hopes of making things a bit more tolerable during power outages. So far, this fan has lived up to its advertised potential. I operated the fan on HIGH for about 3½ hours before the battery was drained. It took roughly 2 hours to recharge the battery after that. As for NOISE: we actually like fan noise when we are trying to sleep, so were hoping for MORE noise. I would say the fan makes less noise than the average kitchen oven vent fan. It is a (to me) very soothing noise, yet not so loud that it requires raising your voice to carry on a conversation. As an added bonus, we can take the fan outside to the patio or porch without the need of an electrical outlet. It is light enough that anyone can move it from place to place, and the air flow can be directed vertically by simply tilting the fan in its frame. The fan moves enough air that it covers a 15x12 room adequately. I would recommend this fan to anyone.

> 24 hourThe good news is this a beautiful looking, super-portable, long-lasting battery operated fan for indoor or outdoor use. The bad news is despite calling it a hurricane fan, its simply not that powerful compared to the Vornado model 723 which costs significantly less (but has to be plugged in to work). The really bad news is that the fan refuses to stay at the angle I adjust it to. It stays that way for a few minutes at most before going back to the angle it prefers. Iv e tried tightening the height control knobs, and they simply dont work right. The fan is otherwise decent, but not powerful enough to get you through heatwave with no A/C. I would not buy this fan again. Get a Vornado model 723. Now thats power, plus its built like a tank and stays where you aim it. If you are going camping, or to the beach, or just doing outdoor stuff anywhere, or youre in a summer time power outage, then this fan makes sense--especially since it doesnt have to be plugged in once its been charged. It puts out a pretty good amount of air for several hours, but because it wont stay where you aim it, that kind of defeats the purpose.

> 24 hourVery easy to move and use. I like loud fan noise to block out other noises. Pretty quiet fun but runs on battery also so ideal if power failure
