> 3 dayLove this fan, its super easy to use.. basiclly its completely self contained, and ultra portable. runs for hours on a full charge. Build is great, beautifully finished with no sharp corners or edges. Super quiet, Im really impressed. Couple small items, There is a external charger, if I had a choice, I wish it would be part of the unit and instead have a couple legs to push a extention cable onto, I have seen that solution in other items lately that ship without any cable at all. Better shielding of the motor, my QUEST headset tend to drop WiFi connection if the fan is running at full speed, manufacture need to make sure to wrap the Motor with grounded tin-foil to avoid noise affecting the WiFi ;-) but really only a problem with fan at full speed. and when fan is in between WiFi hotspot and laptop or headset

> 3 dayExcellent fan so far. Bought it for camping in mainland Mexico where the power often goes out at night in some of the more remote areas. It’s been excellent so far and runs at top speed through the night and into the next day easily if fully charged. We just used it in a 5 star lodge when their transformer blew just before dark. Great addition for over landing and remote camping in warm weather. I just bought another so we could also put one in the tent if we desire.

> 3 dayI have only used it for a couple of days, but the fan charges pretty fast, has a pretty good battery life (2 full nights sleep on medium high), is pretty quiet and blows pretty strongly for its size. The best feature is the mobility. I can take it on the porch or in the garden without a cord. We plan to use it for camping and its nice to have a cord or batter option. The one thing I would change is the lights. There are 3 lights that indicate battery percentage and they remain on even when the fan is blowing. They are pretty bright in a dark room. I would have preferred that they turn on briefly when turning the fan on/off instead of staying on indefinitely. I may need to put some tape over them to get a dark night of sleep.

> 3 dayThis fan produces a ton of airflow and the battery lasts forever. However, it is quite noisy out of the box (it sounds like maybe the blades are loose or something?) Also, the LEDs for the battery on the back are ridiculously bright. I wanted to use this in the room where our baby sleeps while traveling but the lights are brighter than the night light we normally use by a pretty wide margin. Itd be great if those were more dim or maybe if you could turn them off.

Greater than one weekI have loved this fan from the day I received it (bought it July 2, 2020). My girls play select softball all over the USA but mostly in the Texas heat. This fan has worked amazingly. I was sad that after almost 3 years and only using it in the summer it will only work if it is plugged in. It no longer holds a charge. I’ve had it plugged in for 4 days now, and when I take the cord off it shuts off completely. Since, I need it while I’m at the fields it doesn’t serve it’s purpose any longer. I’m rating it a 3, because it should last longer than 3 yrs.

> 3 dayI purchased this for sleeping. I live very remote and lose electricity much too often. I need fan noise to sleep! Without it all I do is toss and turn. I honestly wish it made more noise, but that is actually a compliment to the fan. For the amount of air it moves I think it is very quiet! The build quality seems very nice and should easily hold up to getting knocked over or bumped around. Once I received it I charged it fully then turned it on high and started a timer. It seemed to keep the same high setting until the 4 hour mark. Now this was inside, so if it was outside with different conditions, maybe extreme heat, counter winds...perhaps it wont last quite as long. BUT...even when it slowed down at 4 hours, it seemed to run at about 50% for another 90 minutes. So Im guessing, at a 50% - 75% dial setting, it may run for 5 or 6 hours, maybe more. My reason for 4 stars and not 5 is the battery life. In this day and age, with battery technology, I would really like to see an extra battery or 2, or a different setup, and increase the run time to at least 6 - 8 hours on high, 10 - 12 on medium or low. It would not be hard to do. At $110 or $90 with a coupon, I think it should run longer. Even though I only purchased this for sleeping during power outages, I think this will definitely get use this summer for outdoor events. I would recommend this fan.

> 3 dayUpdate: After a month of no contact and no responses to my emails, Geek Aire suddenly sent me an email with only the words, Everything is set. When I asked what that meant, they said they were shipping me a replacement, which they did plus an extra charging cable. So, they ultimately did honor the warranty, albeit with terrible customer communication. Original review: This fan stopped holding a charge after less than a year. I contacted Geek Aire, because the company claims their products have a 1 year warranty. After they asked me to provide a bunch of information (model number, receipt of purchase, photo of the malfunctioning fan, etc.), they completely ghosted me! I left multiple voicemail messages and got no return phone call. I sent multiple emails and got no replies. Terrible company. Terrible customer service. The 1 year warranty is clearly a joke! They should be cited for deceptive advertising.

> 3 dayOverall, a nice fan with very high airflow. CONS: - Battery is a bit lacking. Only lasted ~4.5hrs on a full charge on high. I would expect about double that on medium, but I havent tested it yet. - While the stand isnt huge, I feel like it could have been smaller, or foldable for this price point. - The knobs to set the angle seem a bit weak and likely to crack over time (thin walled ABS, probably no UV stabilizer). And God help you if you accidentally unscrew one all the way! You practically have to take the whole thing apart just to get the knob back on since the screw holding it falls into the fan cage. - Must be charged via a 12V barrel jack, a USB powerpak wont cut it. PROS: - Very high airflow - BLDC is good quality and I expect it to last for a long time - No bearing noise (although there is some blade noise at higher speeds, but not much) - Seems like the IPX4 rating is appropriate, this thing should last awhile when doing drive-and-tent camping TL;DR - Overall, pretty good. High airflow, but low battery life at max speed. Stand is the weakest part of the whole design. Its obvious the costs went into the battery, motor, and electronics rather than the stand. Which is a good thing.

> 3 dayI was looking for a fan to use in lawn work to avoid mosquitos. A portable battery fan would have worked well. This fan is all that and much more. I use it indoors during sleep hours. It is silent, has continuously variable speed, and due to its 16 fan size, even at very low speeds it produces a significant breeze (with no noise). I have not timed it yet for battery time, but I was able to use it more than two nights at low setting without charging it. It also charges quickly using the included charger. I wish it was available in more conventional colors (like black, nickel chrome, or dark grey instead of the loud red or yellow), but it still deserves a 5 star rating. The tilt setting could have had detents without requiring hard tightening of the side knobs, but again I would keep my rating.

> 3 dayI got this fan for the same reason anyone buys a fan. It does its job and it does it well. Pros: Decent battery life for the cfm at lower levels great portability easy to use and operate Cons: the caps that are supposed to help make the fan IXP4 water resistent Keep falling off during use Long Recharge time (though there is nothing the company can do about it) The Knobs that hold the fan in one place loosen over time or when you try and adjust it I work the dish tank at a restaurant And when the machine is running, the dish hose spraying, and the all the grills on it gets pretty hot. I got this fan so that i could put it wherever I want it with the batter, so it would be fine if some random bit of water got on it and so i could be cool at least most of the day. Good fan just dont expect miracles
