I was so thankful to have this fan during Hurricane Ian and we lost power. It kept the air in the room circulating while the storm raged. We had it fully charged and it kept us cool until we were able to get the generator running. Very thankful for this fan.

Living in a hot climate I thought I knew all about fans...but I had an issue with our business warehouse. Climate controlled, with a swamp-type cooling system, made working in the warehouse almost unbearable. Humid, stale air made it difficult to get work done. I researched all types of fans...and came up with this Geek fan being the BEST option. Now to put it to the test in the Las Vegas Climate! It was quiet, it pushed out air quickly, it was PORTABLE and best of all I didnt have to drag an extension cord around with me. The charge lasts a long time. Ive never had an issue with it wearing down during my work. AND Ive now found a great fan to also use at home, in the backyard, balcony, and tailgate parties. For picnics and camping...its always a go-to item. So far, almost 6 months later Im still in love with my fan...and I have to keep an eye on it...lets my kids try to borrow it Would buy again, but it seems to be a powerhouse that will last a long time.

Gave this Fan to my Sister who reviewed it: I am totally impressed with this fan. I tested it this morning. It ran on High for 4 & 1/2 hours and took 2 hours to recharge fully back up. If you leave Amazon reviews I would give it a 5 star. Its amazing!!! Great air flow too.

This fan is cool, and the best battery-powered one I’ve ever used (I have a few). I live off-grid so my power runs out by 2am every night and doesn’t come back on until 8am or later. But this thing charges itself during the day and just keeps on running all night, then recharges itself after the power comes back on usually 6-8 hours later. It keeps the bedroom breezy & cool all night long, isn’t too noisy, and the speed is super adjustable. It’s also lightweight and easy to carry because of the handle, so I often take it with me when I go to art shows/fairs as a way of keeping myself and my clients cool while making & selling artwork under my canopy. It also makes hanging out outdoors more comfortable because it gets so darn hot in the summer, but I just pick a spot in the shade, set this thing next to me, and I can keep cool for hours while reading, painting, etc., and not have to be stuck in-doors next to my swamp cooler. The breeze also helps keep flies off my person and my paintings. The battery lasts for many hours, especially if you keep it on a medium or low setting (rather than a high setting) and though I’ve had it for 2 years now, the battery seems just as good, and the fan is still working perfectly. It’s made of sturdy metal and has handled accidental falls/drops/kicks/etc like a champ.

Very easy to move and use. I like loud fan noise to block out other noises. Pretty quiet fun but runs on battery also so ideal if power failure

Overall, a nice fan with very high airflow. CONS: - Battery is a bit lacking. Only lasted ~4.5hrs on a full charge on high. I would expect about double that on medium, but I havent tested it yet. - While the stand isnt huge, I feel like it could have been smaller, or foldable for this price point. - The knobs to set the angle seem a bit weak and likely to crack over time (thin walled ABS, probably no UV stabilizer). And God help you if you accidentally unscrew one all the way! You practically have to take the whole thing apart just to get the knob back on since the screw holding it falls into the fan cage. - Must be charged via a 12V barrel jack, a USB powerpak wont cut it. PROS: - Very high airflow - BLDC is good quality and I expect it to last for a long time - No bearing noise (although there is some blade noise at higher speeds, but not much) - Seems like the IPX4 rating is appropriate, this thing should last awhile when doing drive-and-tent camping TL;DR - Overall, pretty good. High airflow, but low battery life at max speed. Stand is the weakest part of the whole design. Its obvious the costs went into the battery, motor, and electronics rather than the stand. Which is a good thing.

Excellent for use during power outages in Florida where we need fans when the air conditioner is not working. This fan is powerful enough to provide relief from the heat and runs a long time on a full charge. My neighbor bought it first, and after seeing hers, I ordered one for myself. Very pleased!

I ordered this fan to use on the patio. It was delivered much sooner than expected. Which was great! Not complicated to charge or operate. Charged in less than 2 hours. The picture shows it is as tall as the seat on a chair and about as wide as the chair. On the patio, it provided a strong stream of air that was felt from 10 feet away. The only complaint I have is that it would not stay directed in one area. No matter how tight I adjusted the knobs in the side of the frame, the fan still moved upward. I did not want to strip the knob screws, so I tied a string to the fan grill and attached it to the frame to keep it headed in the direction I want. I just have to loosen or tighten the string to change fan direction. You would think for $200, the fan would have a better system for directionality. Overall, I am happy with the power and portability. It is not heavy and can use about anywhere. The directions said not to use liquids to clean, so I would not leave this fan out in the rain. Im hoping it will last a long time. It is guaranteed for one year.
