> 3 daySomething about this hard drive is causing my PC to auto shutdown. How I know it is this hard drive? I put my old back in the problem disappears. It is not the PS (power supply) have more than enough watts for that hard drive. That being said, the drive performs great, when the auto shutdown issue is not an issue. caches well, fast and a lot of storage space for my swap file.

Greater than one weekIf you are building on a budget, avoid these drives! It worked fine for about a month then failed. Luckily it lasted enough totransfer the data to a WD drive. Will never buy low cost, high capacity drives again! IF YOU WILL BE STORING IMPORTANT DATA ON A DRIVE, DONT GO CHEAP

23-11-2024No issues except if the drive powers down, it is very slow to power back up. Seems like it needs a little caffeine to get going.
