> 24 hourThis laptop is for my personal use. After having it for only 6-7 months, and using it a little each day, i am no longer able to access my wi-fi connections. I keep getting the message that I have a hardware problem with my wifi adapter. A brand new laptop should not be experiencing these type of problems with in just a few months. HP support is trying to say it is a software issue and the warranty for that ended 12/20 but my laptop is still under warranty until September 2021. Very frustrating to deal with HP on this. I was forwarded 4 times and all I could get were people that wanted to sell me different service plans.

> 24 hourIm pretty impressed with this laptop. Its really fast, has a great battery life, and is very light. I mostly use this for school, photo editing, and to run some technical computing software. No problems so far! The fan does run but its not as loud as other machines Ive used.
