    Only had the product for about a month or so and the WiFi crashes and indicates it’s not operational. Which really sucks when trying to work from home on a laptop. I did a reset and it worked the 1st time, but not the second time it happened. If I don’t figure out something soon I’ll have to return the product which significantly impedes my work schedule. Due to the WiFi headache, I would not recommend this product.

    For a mid-priced laptop this thing falls short. Why did they make the letters on the keyboard so lite? Theyre really hard to read unless the light is perfect and I have to constantly face the screen down just to illuminate them. No Ethernet port so an adapter is necessary which uses up one of the only two usb ports.

    Ive had laptops last me for years. Never had HP though. Bought this one based on the price, but have had trouble with it ever since. And now just after the warranty expires after only just a year, the battery is dying and there is zero customer service unless you pay extra. The HP driver software isnt compatible with standard Intel drivers, so if you install based on the alerts from Intel it will mess up your display and then youll have to troubleshoot how to fix it.

    This computer has needed to be returned 2x. And still doesn’t work the first time the wireless internet wouldn’t work. They took 2months to finally send a new computer which turned out to be a refurbished one. It lasted a week the. It wouldn’t turn on. They tried to trouble shoot so they didn’t have to send a new one.
