> 3 dayI will never buy another HP product after the way they handled a defect. I bought the computer for my 6th grader for virtual school. We had problem after problem with it. It finally quit connecting to the internet altogether. The error message clearly stated it is hardware or driver issues. We are still under the one year warranty. After speaking to tech support for over 30 minutes they refuse to honor the warranty and kept saying it was a virus. Clearly not a virus and is a lemon. They want me to pay to have it repaired. Will not happen. I’ve now purchased an Apple MacBook and have had no issues. I highly recommend you don’t waste your money on an HP.

> 3 dayI was expecting this laptop to be a bit under-powered, and not quite up to the mark in video and audio. I was completely wrong: this machine blew past my expectations. For a general use laptop, used for web browsing, word processing, and similar purposes, this is more than an adequate machine, this is really very good. The performance is more than acceptable: I havent noticed anything being unusually slow or erratic, it just runs smoothly and fast. The display is 1920x1080 (so HD but not 4K), and clear and crisp for watching online video (for example). The audio too is surprisingly good: you can play music on it and enjoy the well-balanced sound, no cringing necessary.

> 3 dayThis is good quality but it’s not touch screen and it dies a bit quickly. The display quality is super and it’s durable.

> 3 dayI bought this for my daughter for virtual schooling-we already have a MacBook for my other child. We bought it because buying another MacBook was expensive so we went with the cheapest price. BIG MISTAKE. I really wish I could go back in time and just spend the money. This computer has had so many problems and glitches. It started making this weird notification noise every 5 seconds-even the kids in my daughters class can hear it. We don’t know where it came from. The bar at the bottom somehow is at the top? The quality of the screen is crap. Just spend the money on a MacBook-trust me. It’s expensive for a reason-we’ve had no problems with it AT ALL and we’ve had it 6 months longer. This thing is cheap for a reason-you get what you pay for.

> 3 dayI would not recommend this laptop. Worked “ok” for a year and then the WiFi/network adapter quit working. I looked through other reviews and same thing. Purchased 5/31/20 but for whatever reason the warranty was less than a year after purchase. I bought an adapter so it can still be used but must be plugged into Ethernet cord. No more WiFi is not good for less than a year old.

> 3 dayI purchased the computer for music reasons. I’m able to run multiple programs at once such as FL Studio and Pro Tools without any lagging.
