    Computer for wife. Difficult to set up. Glitch in setup software. Finally took it to my computer tech. Glad i did it though works ok now. Tech said glitch in software setup.

    Keyboard’s symbols are hard to see because they are very small and blend into the silver keys. For example, hard to discern between a comma and a period.

    Have been a customer of HP products for over 20 years. No complaints on any HP products I have purchased from computers, printers and ink/toner. Have always had a positive experience. Cannot rate battery life as I have only used this computer while it is plugged into the outlet.. I would definitely rate this Laptop superior to the Lenovo it replaced.
