    I will never buy another HP product after the way they handled a defect. I bought the computer for my 6th grader for virtual school. We had problem after problem with it. It finally quit connecting to the internet altogether. The error message clearly stated it is hardware or driver issues. We are still under the one year warranty. After speaking to tech support for over 30 minutes they refuse to honor the warranty and kept saying it was a virus. Clearly not a virus and is a lemon. They want me to pay to have it repaired. Will not happen. I’ve now purchased an Apple MacBook and have had no issues. I highly recommend you don’t waste your money on an HP.

    The battery life isnt great, as soon as I got it (brand new) it had battery issues that caused it to just stop booting up at all and I had to spend hours figuring out how to fully drain the battery manually to get it to come back up. It only has two two USB ports and one USB-C port and ALL of them are data transfer only, meaning no charge capability and no data-in capability which was INCREDIBLY frustrating. It also only has ONE display port which is an HDMI cable. Overall, the flexibility is very limited and Ive experienced way more bugs than I would ever expect to with a brand new machine and, honestly, have experienced fewer bugs and more flexibility with refurbished/reimaged machines. Get something else.

    Hi, I bought 2 laptops of this model a year ago. These worked fine for a year but both started giving trouble with voice input port.

    Pay for quality I wish I would have gotten a Mac because I’ve been having so many problems with this laptop and I haven’t even had it a year don’t waste your money ...I will never buy a HP computer again the screen just blacks out and even if it’s on I can’t do anything about it I can’t even turn it off to restart it.
