> 3 dayMy son loves his new laptop. He says it is fast and the graphics are amazing. My only comment is that the fan is very loud sometimes, I can hear it in the next room, so I think I might get one of the fan stands for him next.

> 3 dayAmazon and HP are being quite difficult and blaming this issue on a 3rd party rather than fixing it or exchanging it for me. Brand new product and theyre washing their hands of it. Do not buy!!

Greater than one weekI am in the return process currently for this product. While it is lightweight and has a nice look, there are glitches. I have also experienced the blinking screen that one review mentioned. This happens randomly and this is hard to navigate without a second monitor because the blinking prevents you from selecting icons on the desktop to navigate to where you need to go. I also experienced a few occasions where the spacebar stopped working as I was writing. Kinda need the spacebar. Also experienced audio crackling on zoom calls as well as when working and listening to music. The audio completely went out at least twice and I am still not sure why - just restarted several times and then it somehow restored itself. I did the HP diagnostics but you are never sure if that solves the issues. The biggest issue happened last week - I contacted Asurion for support to troubleshoot when at startup the screen went black. I tried everything I could as well as restarting and troubleshooting with YouTube videos. Asurion, was able to help me establish a restore point and that helped for about a week and then the screen blinking continued again, too. I contacted Asurion again only for them to offer that troubleshooting was not worth it and that I should contact Amazon for a refund since this is a brand new computer.

> 3 dayI strongly urge no one to purchase this product after 45 days after purchase there was a technical issue with the computer and no warranty so I had to pay HP over 45$ to fix something that was not my fault.Sad for Amazon to allow this to happen.

> 3 dayFolks, I have spent HOURS doing tech support with HP, Ive had to buy an ethernet cable adaptor & a flash drive, & still dont have working wifi. In fact, when I first reached out to HP, they informed me that because of how complicated my issue was, basic tech support wasnt going to be able to help - I would have to pay for tech support in spite of having just gotten this laptop. After all this, theyve now told me I have to send the laptop in for repairs, paying for all shipping & repair work. Again - on a laptop that NEVER worked, and that Ive owned less than a month. Ive invested far too much money and time into a laptop that should have worked out of the box. Steer clear.

> 3 dayI am very happy with my laptop. I was using a HP laptop with a big bulky battery underneath. This one is so much better! Its lightweight and fits in my lap comfortably. It doesnt get hot on my legs.
