> 3 dayThis product works well overall. The audible alarm quit working after the first couple of weeks, but it wasnt a big deal... I didnt but it for its alarm function. I was also concerned that the instructions say that the contacts may fuse/melt at the end of its life but they dont give any information as to how many on/off cycles the unit is designed to do before the end of its life. Otherwise, Im very happy with it. The instructions were a little hard to understand but we got them figured out.

> 3 dayI was battling high humidity in my flower tent so I got this little gem. Super simple to operate, and it has controlled the humidity within 10% of the set point. If the plants are happy I’m happy, and the plants are happy.

> 3 dayI use this to control the humidifier in my grow tent. It works perfectly for that application. You just need to make sure the sensor (hygrometer) is in the right spot. (and theres water in the humidifier, of course)

Greater than one weekWe started using this humidity controller in our snake’s tank in January 2022. After about five months of daily use, it started malfunctioning — continuing to power the connected humidifier even after it had detected shut-off humidity levels. The result was a tank full of fog at 90+% humidity (30% above target range). We were able to reset the device, but it malfunctioned again after several days. This cycle repeated a couple times, which became an obvious health hazard for our snake. We had no idea when it would stop working properly, and that increased the chance she would develop a respiratory infection. So we reached out to Inkbird support, and eventually they sent us a replacement. The replacement device worked properly for about the same length of time before malfunctioning in the same way. We reached out to Inkbird a second time, and they encouraged us to buy the product again, since the 1-year warranty had expired. All of this is just to say that manufacturing quality here is spotty at best, and you shouldn’t expect any one controller to last more than about 6 months. It works pretty well when it’s working, but the product is junk at its core.

> 3 dayEasy to use after the You Tube video on it. Don’t know what I’d do without it. Works perfect

> 3 dayThis device functions well, but I use it to sense humidity in a terrarium and pump in a humidifier when it dips too low. The plants I grow love high humidity, so its not an issue if the humidity reaches 100%. Unfortunately the device has a panic attack when this happens, and will sound an alarm any time it gets that high. (The minimum setting for the alarm maxes out at 100%, with no option to have it off). There is no way to tell this device not to sound the alarm, and its annoying as hell to have this thing occasionally go off after misting the tank.

> 3 dayAdded this for my grow tent, easy to use and really helped control my humidity by automatically toggling my humidifier and dehumidifier. As someone mentioned make sure your units have a toggle switch not push button power or they device will not turn on when power is switched onto it. For the price its hard to beat, it was 3% off from my goove humidity monitor but you can adjust the calibration on the controller so it matches exactly what my other monitor says. Not sure which is correct but 3% isnt a deal breaker, the important this is you can adjust the controller to match any other humidity monitors you might already own.
