Didnt have instructions. Had to search the deepest corners of the internet to find it. But YouTube saved me. Great product just needs instructions.

Added this for my grow tent, easy to use and really helped control my humidity by automatically toggling my humidifier and dehumidifier. As someone mentioned make sure your units have a toggle switch not push button power or they device will not turn on when power is switched onto it. For the price its hard to beat, it was 3% off from my goove humidity monitor but you can adjust the calibration on the controller so it matches exactly what my other monitor says. Not sure which is correct but 3% isnt a deal breaker, the important this is you can adjust the controller to match any other humidity monitors you might already own.

I needed a way to control the humidity in my 3 x 3 grow tent. I bought this on March 14, and it works great for both humidification/dehumidification so far. You need to make sure that whatever devices you plug into it have on/off switches and not buttons: the unit powers whichever designated outlet is required to obtain the humidity set point. Only a device with a switch in the “on” position will turn back on when the outlet is energized. I was able to understand the directions, and I feel the humidity readings are pretty accurate. I order a lot on Amazon, and I’m very pleased with this purchase. If it holds up to the test of time, then it will definitely earn the 5 stars.

I was battling high humidity in my flower tent so I got this little gem. Super simple to operate, and it has controlled the humidity within 10% of the set point. If the plants are happy I’m happy, and the plants are happy.

Iworked well for about 3 months in an 80% humidity enviroment. It then began giving eratic measurements or sticking on a false temp untill i jiggled probe wire. Which was not ideal when counting on humidity kicking back on when away. It barely worked when i stored it away 5 months. I just gotit back out to use it and it gave me the error screen after 1 day. Kind of dissapointed. I was thinking if i treated it well it would do job for long time with maybe needing to replace sensor once a year. I guess the relay stopss working after repeated on offs. I hope im still under warranty period but im unsure of length .

I use this in my greenhouse. The placement is going to be moved for the second one I buy. The first one locked up the sprayer valve when it got wet.

I purchased my InkBird IHC-200 February 2022. I have multiple InkBird products and count on them for accuracy and reliability. My IHC-200 had a fatal malfunction, this was past the warranty period. InkBird did not even blink twice before sending me a replacement. Customer service is a priority for me when I decide to purchase from a company. I will continue to do business with InkBird without any reservations. Thanks InkBird.

Works like a champ once it’s programmed. Had to search for a video because the instructions are not idiot proof.
