Ordered (2) last night, and received at 5am the next morning and had them both installed in less than 2 hours, they were easy to install and re-key with the smart key tool. I also checked price and availability at a National home improvement store, and the price was $20.00 more for each and they were on back order. I recommend this product.

Bought 3 of these to replace existing locksets. The Smartkey feature allowed to reset all 3 deadbolts to use the same key. These feel solid and sturdy and install was a breeze.

Install was simple and required ten minutes for this non-handyman. Feels solid and hard to believe such a quick change can make an old-looking door fresh again

Overall, this was the easiest install to replace a door knob and deadbolt. I am 68 years old and was hesitant due to the original ones being over 15 years and hoping the new ones would fit properly. The hardware had components that were adjustable to fit different size holes. Took less than an hour to remove and replace the knob and deadbolt. They look great. Highly recommended.

Looks great and very simple to install. The directions are clear and concise. The SmartKey function is wonderful, it allows you to re-key the locks with an existing key, which is great if you want to keep your old key or you want it to match other locks in your house. I will say the deadbolt was very tricky to get right with the SmartKey. I happen to have a reset tool for Smartkey locks so I was able to fix it when it didnt program right, but if you dont have one of those or dont want to buy one, be very very careful with the deadbolt when you use the SmartKey function. I love the look of these, the Satin Nickel finish is much classier looking than the standard silver knob the came with my house. To get it facing the right way, the handle at to be flipped, which means the lock is upside down. Not a major issue, but keep that in mind if that aesthetically will bother you. They have a great heft to them. All in all, Im a big fan, but again be careful using the SmarKey function on the deadbolt and make sure you get it right!

Practical knobs that are disability friendly. Canada makes these lever knobs mandatory, would be great to implement them here in California, as well. They make opening doors much easier for anyone, when theyre allowed to, of course. lol The smartkey features are great for homeowners or private renters, but are a nightmare for the landlords because most of us tend to master knobs as well. The added feature makes re-keying a little more difficult than standard locks.

2nd house my wife and I have used Smart Key locks on our doors. If you carefully follow the directions then they are easy to re-key. User error can cause a time consuming hassle of disassembling and resetting the lock cylinder, but if you read through the instructions completely BEFORE re-keying, then you may switch keys to your hearts content.

Great universal fitment and easy installation

I am replacing the hardware on all my exterior doors and this Kwikset combo pack fit in with the other hardware throughout my house. I like the lever handles because they are easier to open when the arthritis in my hands flare up. The deadbolt combo set features a keyed lock and a deadbolt and seems very secure but a feature that I like very much about this set is the Smartkey feature which easily allows all my new exterior door locks to be keyed on the same key; I dont have to have 3 different keys for each of my exterior doors. I like these locks very much

The smartkey tool will only go in halfway. I followed the included instructions, read the 116 page online manual, watched instructional YouTube videos and I cant make the smartkey tool go in, so I cant rekey to a house master key.
