Lenovo Chromebook Flex 3 11 Laptop, 11.6-Inch HD IPS Display, MediaTek MT8173C, 4GB RAM, 64GB Storage, Chrome OS, Blizzard White

I have owned this laptop for 11 months. Everything about it is great with ONE BIG exception. The top of the computer is breaking on both side about an 1 1/2 above the hinge point. I have never abused this computer and always opened it carefully.

Help desk had no clue what to do to make the touchscreen work.

Works great..

I use it for web browsing and video. I guess it can do more, but did not try it. I do not feel I compromised.

This is perfect for back and forth to school

It comes with a browser. Nothing else. Nothing else can be installed. Play store is the option to install apps but the option to enable it doesnt exist. Called Lenovo. The said to power wash it. That option doesnt exist. They hung up on me. I led an IT organization for much of my year career so its not the user. Its the awful product.

Use for pleasure, and to replace older hp which was so slow.

Started acting funky two weeks ago. Now, wont turn on, but a frozen in place mouse pointer mocks me. Google says new battery needed; if that doesnt work, then a new motherboard. Bought: 11/18/21. Lasted 15 months. Bad investment.
