> 3 dayIll start of with it IS VERY quiet. You DO get a slight boiling sound on warm mist, but its not bothersome. That being said, lets move on. Received it at 7pm, had it running by 7:30pm. BY 6 AM the water level was low. It would probably have lasted until 7:30 or 8am, giving it around 12 hours (cool mist) run time on high before needing a refill. Now it was on high all night (cool mist), which brings me to my only REAL complaint. You cant preset the level for automatic. Its either 60% or nothing. Has a big beautiful number on the front to display the humidity in close proximity, but you cant set it to a specific level to turn off at. It LOOKS like you can use your phone with an app to set it, but NO. About the only thing the app does if this is all you have is collect a bunch of info IT DOESNT NEED to do the job. It will show you the humidity level on your phone, but if youre anywhere in the room the display is quite large and easily to read, making the app nothing more than another way to get spam. (oh that tasty spam) IF you could PRESET the output % for automatic, this would be a solid 5 star, as it puts out a nice stream of mist, and is VERY quiet. And honestly, it would probably only add a few pennies to the cost to do this... OPERATION: 3 mist levels and 3 heat levels can be set. Putting it in night mode >appears< to turn off the warm mist (removing the boiling sound), along with the display. Even on low mist level it puts out a fair amount, and high you almost have a fog machine, making it great for larger areas like the living room. It has an auto setting, but as stated before it will only maintain the humidity at 60% Overall, it works quite well, and is quiet enough that youll barely notice it running even in a very quiet room (even on warm mist). Good value, but would be a PERFECT value if you could set the level!!

> 3 dayIt is quiet . I use it at night for a dry eye condition. The light serves as a night light for me also. I thank all of you for your fast service. and I would recommend your company to others. Best regards, Anne P. S I dont use the sleep mode, I do everything manually

> 3 dayI love how quiet it is and it quickly added humidity to my bedroom which is where I use it. My only problem was using the app it would sometimes get disconnected and I’d have trouble turning it on manually. It’s most likely something I’m doing wrong I just don’t know what it is! Other than that I’ve had no problems with it.

> 3 dayThough I do not feel aroma oils, all the product design, UX/UI design, app connectivity, and functionality are awesome!!!! I’ve struggled with washing humidifiers and refilling waters in them, but I like this top-fill and easy to maintenance humidifier!!!

> 3 dayThis is the third humidifier Ive tried to humidify our bedroom. I suppose our bedroom would be considered large-ish? Medium-large, at any rate. Every other humidifier has utterly failed in getting our humidity up in there. Our house is consistently in the teens for percent humidity in the living room (which is right outside our bedroom) because of the wood stove. Since we got this humidifier, Ive been running it starting at 6 or 7 PM and running all night long until I get up in the morning around 7:30. And only since we got this humidifier have I been not waking up dry as a bone and unable to sleep because my throat, mouth, and nasal passageways are dried up. I dont even sleep with my mouth open and this is how its been feeling this winter! This humidifier works like a charm! I love how I can completely turn off the light. ANY bit of light in our bedroom at night bothers me. This machine is also completely quiet from what I can tell, but I sleep with a noise machine for a consistent fan noise anyway. I dont really go by the humidity % on the machine because Im skeptical about how accurate it is. I mean, it probably is 46% humidity in the area directly around the machine, but that doesnt do much for me 7 or 8 steps away by the bed, where I know its not. So I just let the machine run on high all night and I havent had a problem of over humidifying, so theres really no need to set the machine to turn off at a certain humidity or time. I really wish I could just fill it from the top. Im not really sure why they couldnt have made a screw cap on top in the back for that. Its kind of a pain to take off the nozzle piece where the steam comes out, then lift up the whole basin with the handle and flip it over to fill it, then handle the heavy basin to put it back correctly without clumsily knocking it or something. I havent needed to clean the unit yet, but reading the instructions kind of make that sound like a pain, too. Filling it and cleaning it are probably the only cons Ive found so far. I bought a ZeroWater filtering pitcher to fill this machine with to hopefully prevent mineral buildup. I havent had any white dust accumulate on anything so I assume its working so far. Im also using the pitcher for my houseplants. The only con for that thing is the fact that it takes forever to filter all the water needed to fill the humidifier each night. But thats not a con for the humidifier, obviously.

> 3 dayI ordered this humidifier for my many houseplants upon the recommendation of a master gardener on Instagram. Its quiet and I like the different control options. Love that I can direct mist in two different directions. I could have sworn that I read its filled from the top and not the bottom. I was wrong, it has to be turned upside down to fill it with water. Thats what I hated about the smaller Levoit humidifier I was using before. It can be difficult to line everything up to fit the top back onto the bottom. I dont understand why the designers didnt change this feature. I am happy for my plants.

> 3 dayI wish it had a refill cap on the top so I dont need to remove the whole tank to refill the tank! This is especially important if kids need to refill the tank, there are some risk of slipping the tank from kids hand when filled with water and heavy!

> 3 dayThe water container is difficult to replace on the base. This is because the handle is on the top, which is on the bottom of the sink when you turn it over to fill it. Once it is full, you have to manhandle it to turn it over so you can grasp the handle. Since it is wet you have to be careful not to let is slip because it is plastic and could break. The filler lid should have been put on the top if the designers had been on their toes.

> 3 dayI like it alright. I think it’s a good humidifier. The only thing that annoys me about it is that I only get one night out of it before I have to refill the tank, and also if it runs out of water, instead of turning off, it just continues to try starting over and over again and it makes a noise when it does that, which is annoying. I wish it would just turn off when it runs out instead of trying aimlessly to start over and over again until I wake up and turn it off.
