Repaired my sons unit

Just what I needed. A little tricky to install, but got the parts installed and works great. Very pleased.

Took about 30 minutes. Took down opener. Replaced the sprocket. Workinf again

Saved all the money for a company to come out and replace this part, and only took me about an hour or less (didnt have all the right tools) but was simple enough to swap out. Door is still working great weeks later

The kit arrived intact and on time. No bad surprises. The job is easy enough to do yourself. Instructions on Youtube were very helpful. Much more economical than replacing the whole opener!

Very first Amazon product I bought because of the quick shipping garage door had had quit working and was leaving town had it repaired within 2 days!! Still working great!!!

Watch a youtube video for instruction. Also I used a c-clamp to hold the chain so I had extra slack to take the chain off the gear. Overall, it worked good for my 1997 liftmaster.

Even though we have a Craftsman opener, Liftmaster hooked me up with the exact parts with clear installation instructions for reasonable price!
