All replacement parts fit the opener perfectly. Fixed the opener for $22 - works better than it ever has, because I had to fine-tune the stopping and starting points. Its been over a year now, and the opener is right as rain.

Its really nice to see the garage door open and close itself again.

This piece did the trick for fixing my garage door motor! If I had brought anyone else to do the replacement they would have charged me an arm and a leg. This piece is easy to work with and cost effective. Definitely recommend and will buy again if needed in the future.
