> 24 hourIts easy to recommend these Meross smart plugs, especially for HomeKit users. Ive been using them for years and they have been one of the most, if not thee most reliable HomeKit product I own. Aside from the occasional firmware update, theyre always on and available. Simple as that!

> 24 hourI have a SAMSUNG SMART THINGS mesh network. These timers require first being set up in a meros account, and then linked to SMART THINGS. They worked fine until the first time we had a power hit/outage. Ive never been able to connect them again. I can hear them click, and then default to on. I cannot add them to the network, even though they had been named and paired. I reset the timers to factory default, and reinstalled with new names. Same issue. A wasted $50. Going forward I will only buy SAMSUNG SMART THING devices.

> 24 hourI have several Meross Products and this is the first one I have bought which was on IOS.. The product itself is small, easy to use and works very nicely with Siri ( Siri responses are way too better than Alexa or Ok google ).. Things I think can be improved - Installation instructions ask you to start with Home app, which is incorrect, it did not work with it, I had to start with the meross app, and it guided me correctly. Rest was pretty straight forward. Works with Alexa and Ok Google .. although switching off / on using Apple watch is way too cool ( atelast for me ) The switch easily fits with one plug point and works as expected.. Other thing which is good to note is that you cannot control this outside your network, unless you have a IOS hub, which you can use your apple tv or a dedicated hub ( i have the TV, so no problems on that ) and I have not have to use it at the moment, so I think I am okay on that .. Plan to do a video install review later .. Cheers !!

> 24 hourThese plugs seem like simple, no-nonsense, classic Apple “it just works” compatible. Added 4 of these plugs and some LED bulbs via HomeKit within a few minutes. Totally painless. Works great with automations and Siri commands (zones/scenes/etc.). Zero problems, very happy for the price. Have an outdoor plug I haven’t played with yet. Have been using Meross’ garage door opener for 1.5 years with no issues and just moved into a remodeled home I want to take a first plunge into home automation with. So far I’m not disappointed.

> 24 hourI was looking for a compatible Apple HomeKit plug that I could use for my home office connectivity. I have a Work From Home router that connects back to my corporate network with wireless connectivity. I didnt want the WFH router to be available during non-working hours. I purchased a two pack of the Meross plugs and was surprised with how simple it was. I was able to add the plug through the HomeKit app without a 3rd part app download. I didnt have big challenges with the 2.4/5GHz interoperability you sometimes see with smart plugs. Many times this comes from your device being on the 5GHz and the HomeKit device not honoring because of 2.4GHz use only. Its been connected now for about 4 weeks with no issues. Ive lost power in the house once and the device came back to HomeKit when power was restored. I use automation to turn off and on the connected device during work hours.

> 24 hourThese are the plugs I use in my “smart apartment”. They definitely do work once you get them set up properly. I had some issues setting up a few of them and it took me longer than I would have liked to spend doing so. Design wise I would prefer something less bulky, but for the price point I am happy with these. I will continue to repurchase these even though set up can be frustrating at times.

> 24 hourGreat smart plug. I have had no problems at all with this product. I cannot say the same for two other competitors products which I returned immediately.

> 24 hourThese plugs worked fine for a while, then they did a firmware update and they no longer work correctly, they will still turn on and off but the status on my Echo 10 always reads off no matter if the plug is on or off the status never changes, I am about ready to pack them all up and send them back to Amazon,.just as a side note I bought two more of there plugs with a different firmware and those two work fine, I am also running the latest firmware on the plugs that don’t work I just updated a couple days ago, they seem to work fine on Apple home kit but if you use Alexa your probably goi g to have a problem, at least I did, and yes I did reset the plugs it didn’t help
