after doing a bit of research this product was the only answer whether it be for a new pair of boots or an old pair that arent so pretty anymore, slap a coat on and it will feel 10 times better when wearing them. Not to mention how great they are for gloves.

I read about using beeswax to treat leather in a news article. I looked up beeswax leather treatment on amazon and found this. What sold it for me was a guy in Englands review stating he used it on leather and wooden gunstocks. Nobody writes that in a fake review, so I gave it a shot. Thus far I have treated my 20 year old leather couch, 120 year old German SXS shotgun stock, Thursday Boot Co boots, burl wood smoking pipe, and the wood on a 100 year old steamer trunk. This stuff is GOOD. I used snow seal for years and this is better. I treated the couch with olive oil, this is better, I used orange oil infused wax on my shotgun stock, pipe and trunk, and this is better. Next up are my Filson and Barbour hunting clothes. Hell, I may rub this stuff on my wifes fanny for sunscreen this summer just to see how it does. Again, good stuff. Update- I used this to seal the ash trim on my 1995 Mad River Canoe. It works well for that too.

I now know how bad I let my motorcycle gloves get. Esp living in a dry area my gloves were rock hard. Now they are like new. Make sure to let them dry for a few days though get slippery. Used on boots also.

I love this! I pressure wash and trail ride. I get everyone I know to love this too! It works. 2 coats and good to go!

Bought this to pair with my Danner Super Rainforest boots. Seems to waterproof them ok, the only thing I wish they supplied was a foam applicator like what doc marten used to back in the day. They recommend using your hands and fingers to apply it, Then your body heat helps melt the product and work into the boots. I’ll update in a couple months after we get thru the real test of winter.

Been in the harshest conditions with this on my boots. Feet stayed dry and boots looked great after.

I bought this on a recommendation from a friend and have been using it on my winter boots. I was using Red Wings boot conditioner before but had to reapply every week or two in the winter to keep them healthy. My boots are raw leather with no lining and Obenaufs has done an excellent job keeping them waterproof since I put it on. It is a very thick cream that forms a soft crust over the surface that soaks in after hitting it with a blow drier. It has a great Beeswax smell and I get a bonus hand moisturizing in the process. After its soaked in, the leather felt softer and thicker at the same time. It has also given my boots a deep reddish brown that I am really liking. I dont know what else to say other than this is the best leather conditioner Ive used and dont plan on using anything else in the future.

We have a leather, theatre-style recliner. There are many complaints on the internet of squeaking and squealing from the leather when the chairs are reclined. We had the same complaint. Ours sounded like a bag full of banshees when the chair reclined. After trying other leather conditioners with no luck, we finally tried Obenaufs Heavy Duty LP leather conditioner. What a difference! We may have to reapply later on, but for now, silence is golden. We highly recommend this product.
