Awesome stuff, does a really nice job of keeping my work boots looking and performing like brand new!

Product enhanced the beauty of my expensive Louis Vuitton bags and boots. They came out beautifully. I can not yet comment on the effectiveness of the protection against water and weather but it did no damage to bags and boots.

I quickly did a couple pairs of boots, and then re-coated about 24 hours later. Brought some life back to some dry leather danners

Did a lot of research before ordering and it paid off. Obenauf’s Heavy Duty LP is perfect for my new Solovair Monkey Boots. First time I’ve bought Solovair and want to take care of them, so this turned out as the best option. Goes on very smooth, and the leather absorbs nicely. Even the small portion goes a LONG way.

I use heavy rough-out leather work gloves that get dirty. Periodically, I need to wash the gloves the clean the grime off of them. But when the gloves dry, they get extremely hard and difficult to wear. I applied this balm to the hardened gloves, rubbed it in for a couple of minutes and let the gloves sit over night. The next day, they were soft and very comfortable to wear again. For my work gloves, that was all I was hoping for. But it was evident the gloves went from light gray to a much darker gray. Again, for me, these are gloves intended to work in dirty environments so darkening is of no concern. But if you have nicely made dress gloves, be aware this may darken the glove. Not sure how you can test a dress glove without committing it potential discoloration. But this will condition and soften the leather.

after doing a bit of research this product was the only answer whether it be for a new pair of boots or an old pair that arent so pretty anymore, slap a coat on and it will feel 10 times better when wearing them. Not to mention how great they are for gloves.

Easy to put on- I prefer to let mine “cure” for 2-3 days before wearing them but you can definitely wear them the next day after you put this stuff on. It works and I look forward to putting on a second coat because I love taking care of my shoes. It makes my boots feel hugged and keeps the leather in great conditions. Please note: It’s water proof- not stain proof so if you drop paint in your shoes after putting this stuff on them, don’t be surprised that paint stuck to your boot. It does indeed darken the leather but it lightens with use.

The owner is particular about the types of ingredients going into this conditioner, keeping out less expensive components that are in most other conditioner because they actually degrade leather over time. I cant say its easy to use, but that is the nature of wax. You have to work it in with your fingers. It takes time and its messy, but can get 6 months hard use before needing more, a year or two if under normal wear.

Used this on a dry and wrinkled holster. All the wrinkles and dryness disappeared. Used 2 coats rubbed in very well 10 minutes apart after warming holster on heater vent for 10 minutes. Very happy with this product.

This is the product Russell Moccasin advises to use on most of their leather boots. Applying it is easy, just use your hands. I use saddle soap to clean then them off first, let them dry, then apply the Obenaufs. This product will darken your leather so do be prepared for that. I applied 2 coats but will still get some watermarks on my boots but I wear them everyday. It does make cleaning dirt off them easier. Im sure this product is helping prolong the usage/life of these boots.
