If you’re looking for a paraffin wax machine - this one will check all your boxes. It is extremely roomy, has numerous temperature settings, comes with all accessories needed, and has great customer support. We bought this machine to use on my husband’s hands (he currently has no mobility in his hands and was recommended to try this therapy). We attached photos of his first treatment. We used the plastic foot bags instead of the hand bags and then covered with the cloth hand covers. So far after 3 treatments, his hands are staying open longer which is fantastic! Our daughter was recommended by her Rheumatologist to do this treatment also - so she can’t wait to try it. I used it and my hands stayed soft for over a week!! I did have an issue with our first machine having a slight scratch on the inner side of the unit. Texted the owner and a new unit arrived 2 days later. Awesome customer support!! My questions have been answered promptly!! I was given the option of a new unit or refund but we really like this unit so we opted for a new unit. That’s how much we love this machine and company! However - if you are sensitive to scents - the lavender scented wax is a little strong but you do get used to it. So all in all - great machine, love the results do far, will definitely tell everyone interested in a paraffin wax machine to purchase this one.

The Wax is wonderful and it heats up and melts so quickly! The panel is so easy to use! Love it! My hands are so soft after. There are so many accessories included and even a thoughtful little gift from Ruth! This machine will def be getting its workout at my house!

This machine was everything I hoped it would be. My feet, especially my heels have been so dry and cracked for years. After just a few uses, it has made such a difference. I will definitely be using it more as my feet still need it but they are well on their way to being baby soft. I wish i would have taken before and after pics. And the company is very hands on from the moment you receive your machine and text to activate your warranty, they will check on you to make sure everything is alright. I would highly recommend this machine to anyone who needs it, as well as anything this company sells.

This product is amazing. Ive long wanted a parafin dip for dry feet. Not only did this fit my giant feet (womens size 12), but its very easy to use. It left my hands and feet feeling relaxed and moisturized and the smell is amazing. What you really need to know, however, is how great this company is. When you text to register for your warranty, you get an actual person. If you have issues or concerns, they are incredibly kind and responsive. Based on their customer service alone, I highly recommend this product and this company. I rated a 3 stars for pain relief only because this isnt one of the issues I have so I cant speak to it.

I bought the Ella Bella machine because I needed pain relief with my hands. The package deal if machine, gloves, paraffin etc encouraged me to pick it. What has been helpful most of all is the prompt customer service I received when I had questions. Totally recommend if you are a first-timer to the process.

The product came exactly as described. The wax included smells great! I was a little concerned that it would be overpowering as I am sensitive to smells but it was very pleasant. My daughter and I have enjoyed dipping our hands and look forward to trying our feet. I would definitely recommend this product.
