My husband asked me to order him a paraffin wax bath for his dry hands and cuticles. We received the unit as expected. It was packaged securely arriving with no damage. We have both used it twice. The machine is a great size. Perfect for my husbands large hands. The temperature is easy to regulate. I like that the lid isnt hinged. Customer Service is excellent.

This was a Christmas gift for my wife. She absolutely loved it and began using it on Christmas day right away. Her hands are extremely dry through the winter months and tend to crack. She said the wax left her hands feeling soft. She was quite pleased.

The first and only time I experienced a paraffin wax was about 8 years ago at a luxury spa. I had no idea what to expect other than they offered for my hands to be dipped in this sort of wax since my hands were super dry and in terrible shape. It was the most amazing spa service I ever and Ive always wanted to do it again only that I just never got around to it (hashtag, mom-life!). Anyway, I never thought of doing it at home until I saw this product. It immediately intrigued me as it brought back my wonderful memories of my first and only paraffin wax experience. This product is on the bulky side but comes well packaged and with everything you need to get started and going. Ill tell you this, I got back that amazing feeling when I tried this on my hands. It would have been easier if someone was doing it for me but having to do this in the comfort of your own home makes it so convenient. Everything works great and I hands felt rejuvenated. I couldnt ask for more for a product at this price. I would recommend!

Loved that it included everything needed to get started. Wax heated up in a reasonable amount of time and had a pleasant lavender scent. Left hands well moisturized. All that is great, but the customer service was even better.
