This wax machine was great. It made my hands and feet feel soft and moisturized. I haven’t been able to use it as much as I would like, but hopefully soon! The scent was very relaxing and I use it before bed. The thing that I appreciate the most is the customer care that Ruth shows. She has checked in with me several times to make sure I am enjoying the wax machine and make sure it is working for me. She has been wonderful. I would highly recommend any of her products just because of the customer service alone.

Seemed to really help the stiffness in my hands, I worked hard doing yard work and weed pulling yesterday and didnt have my hands ache like they normally do. Im happy with this machine!!

I couldn’t love this product more!! I think the thing I love the most is you can control the temperature to the actual degree! The product also comes with a warranty which puts you in touch with the owner herself which is unheard of! This comes from a family owned company that takes pride in their customer service and it shows! Overall, I’m very glad I made this purchase! Will definitely do business with this company again!

Received item quickly and easy to set up and use first time. Havent tried the feet yet but curious to because the one this replaced I bought back in the late 1990s and it was hands only. It’s easy to use and melts paraffin in a reasonable amount of time, wish the wax could be a little deeper but very happy with it

I love this wax warmer! I had another one from Amazon and it quit working the second time I ever turned it on. I haven’t had any issues at all with this Ella Bella one and it looks so cute on my table! The controls are really easy and the wax that it comes with is great quality. 10/10 recommend!

The first and only time I experienced a paraffin wax was about 8 years ago at a luxury spa. I had no idea what to expect other than they offered for my hands to be dipped in this sort of wax since my hands were super dry and in terrible shape. It was the most amazing spa service I ever and Ive always wanted to do it again only that I just never got around to it (hashtag, mom-life!). Anyway, I never thought of doing it at home until I saw this product. It immediately intrigued me as it brought back my wonderful memories of my first and only paraffin wax experience. This product is on the bulky side but comes well packaged and with everything you need to get started and going. Ill tell you this, I got back that amazing feeling when I tried this on my hands. It would have been easier if someone was doing it for me but having to do this in the comfort of your own home makes it so convenient. Everything works great and I hands felt rejuvenated. I couldnt ask for more for a product at this price. I would recommend!

This is a great machine! It came packaged so nicely (it would make a great gift). It heats up very well and it has been wonderful for my hands & feet. Easy to use. Great quality!
