Loved the customer service and ease of use. I like to set it at the highest temperature to melt the wax quickly and open it it to set it to a comfortable 122. My hands feel sooooooo good and soft after using it each time. It’s addicting!

I purchased the parrafin wax machine to help my dry cracked hands as nothing seemed to help. I tried hand creams and even working hands cream but they were still cracked and catching on stuff. The machine is really packaged well and everything I needed to use it was there. Once I registered the warranty on line the owner, Ruth texted me to see if I had any questions or if she could be of any help. I did have a few questions and she promptly answered all of them. Ive used the parafin wax bath a couple of times on my hands and they are definitely not as rough and dry. Itll probably take a few more soaks before theyre back to feeling smooth again --but Im on the way. I need to order more parafin to to make sure I dont run out. A nice product that does what it is supposed to do--and the company is extremely supportive.

This wax machine is super easy to use. It doesn’t take very long to melt the wax and the wax that comes with it smells amazing! Makes my hands so soft. My 8 yr old daughter loves it as well. Customer service is great! The owner, Ruth, has checked on us several times to make sure we registered for warranty and to make sure the product was working well. She was very helpful answering all my questions via text. She even reimbursed me for part of the cost due to a scratch on the machine that did not impede its function at all. Amazing product and even better customer service.

The Ella Bella wax paraffin unit was my present to myself and so glad I purchased it! After reviewing several other similar paraffin this had what I was looking for: an adjustable temperature setting was most important . Melting the paraffin took a little over an hour at the temp setting of 158° after which I reset the temp to 127 which is a comfortable temp for my hands. The paraffin smells nice -the soft lavender scent is not overpowering The unit opening is substantially bigger than another one I had and I’m sure I could fit my foot in. My hands feel wonderful after using it- warmth feels good on arthritic hands. Other items included in the Ella Bella include: soft mitten hand covers, a pack of plastic gloves, a grid to put in the bottom of the unit, a paintbrush (which I haven’t used) and a handy scraper for removing spilled paraffin from the cover or unit. This small business wants to provide a good experience for their Ella Bella customers. I highly recommend the Ella Bella.

This is a great product for my hand arthritis. Very easy to use and the customer service is excellent.

I am really thrilled with this wax machine. It’s very pretty and the lavender wax just smells lovely. Most of all it really works on my dry cracked feet. I live in Florida and I’m in Sandals all the time. Nothing has helped keep my feet feel soft and moisturized. This works great, easy to use and I’m not spending loads of money for pedicures every other week. Highly recommend!

This paraffin machine is wonderful. I have arthritis in my hands and I use this daily. It help relieve pain and the wax makes my hands look and feel smoother. I would recommend this for sure.
