Impressed from start and long after purchasing

I’m a nurse so my hands get dry and cracked easily with hand washing and hand sanitizer. I’m also on my feet quite a bit and after a long day they are quite sore and skin is dry. I’ve only used this machine 3 times so far but boy has it made a difference! My hands and feet are so much softer and my feet don’t ache as much either. I received the machine a day earlier than expected and that day Ruth reached out to thank me for my purchase and offered helpful tips in setting up the machine. She is so sweet and helpful. I don’t think I could ask for a better product or customer service. I am also impressed that this machine has a 2 yr warranty. If you’re on the fence whether or not to purchase, take the leap! You won’t regret it! The only thing I regret is that I didn’t purchase it sooner!

My hands have osteoarthritis & rheumatoid arthritis really bad. The hot wax make them feel so good. Quite relaxing too. I love the smell of the wax. I think the machine is really easy to operate.

I first used a paraffin wax machine at the therapist on my hands for arthritis. It really helped so I decided to buy one for home. I really did not chose this one to start with due to the price but on Amazon Prime day it popped up and I’m glad it did. It’s a great unit at a better price than the one I was going to buy. I did purchase thicker mitts for my hands to keep the heat in longer, learned that from therapy. Lavender wax came with it and it’s a pleasant mild scent, not overpowering. I would definitely purchase this if you’re in the market for one.

Not only is this product affordable, it comes with everything including AMAZING customer service. Ruth has been amazing, making sure that we know if we have any questions or concerns we can contact her. Its been incredible taking to an actual person. Ordered this product on the advice of my orthopedic surgeon after I had surgery for trigger finger. Turns out to be a most valuable tool for relief of hand pain, I’m using every day and it has helped greatly in healing my hand pain. The added bonus is the communication with the seller, Ruth from Ella Bella, a family owned business. She went to the Nth degree making sure I was satisfied in every way with the paraffin wax machine. She even sent me extra wax packets at no charge just to make sure I would be able to continue treatment without delay!! Who does that these days?! The Ella Bella paraffin wax machine is awesome, very high quality and the seller is great. My concern when looking at wax machines was making sure I purchased one that was well made from a seller that will stand by their product.
