I absolutely love it. It came just as pictured. It’s easy to operate. I would suggest keeping the temperature around 132 degrees. As anything higher is pretty hot to me. It comes with everything you need.

I received this wax machine in excellent packaging. I received a message from the provider once I registered my product. They were so helpful and wanted to make sure I was happy with the wax machine. She sent me a video for instructions, which was very helpful! The wax is so healing to my painful hands. The fragrance of lavender smells wonderful as it warms. Once I peel off the wax, my hands are so soft and dont hurt quite as much. I would definitely let my friends and family know about the wax machine and how personable and helpful the seller is. I love that I can control the temperature setting, and the customer service has been great. We are thinking of purchasing another one for my dad to try for his arthritis. We are currently using ours for my husband’s psoriasis, and it seems to be helping!

I absolutely love this product when it came in the mail it was beautifully packed I was really quite impressed the lavender scent permeated my home gives you such a calming affect I have very bad Osteo arthritis in my hands and when I use this it’s like night and day for me since the cold weather has come in the suffering does too I will certainly tell you to go ahead and purchase this product well done family-owned I’m very happy about that too

I had a less expensive paraffin bath years ago and am very happy to now own a much better model. Everything about this model is great....temp control, timer, accessories, cover that fits, etc. So glad I read reviews and chose this model after reading that the owner personally helped someone who had an issue. Love that. Very happy with this purchase!
