Hello, Im a 23 year old vet who has severe nerve damage to my foot and ankle. This machine is perfect for heat therapy! I feel 100% after my treatment for 4 to 5 hours. Ruths customer service is great! I currently live out of the country and messaged her on Instagram and she got my warranty set up! This truly is a great product!

The directions could be a little clearer. One example is that directions dont state that you need all 4 packs of paraffin. The size of the bath is a good and Im able to immerse my whole hand. Although it wasnt purchased for moisturizing, it does a great job at making my hands soft.

I can’t figure out how to heat up the wax. I turn it on, increase the number to 158 and it drops down to 66 and continues to blink on and off. The instructions doesnt explain how to set up the machine. What am i doing wrong?

I had never used a paraffin wax machine. I am having some medical issues with my hands and read that hot paraffin treatments are good for my condition. I read reviews for a number of other machines and chose Ella Bella because of so many great comments. The treatments have left my skin so soft and moisturized. The directions are easy to follow and Ruth (owner of Ella Bella) is readily available to address any questions and concerns. If you are trying to decide which machine to purchase, search no longer. I LOVE my purchase.

Much needed relief for hands and feet. My joints are always stiff and trying to exercise during the winter months have been difficult. So now the night before a tough workout, I indulge in the warm wax dip for both my hands and feet. It’s been especially dry here this winter and the added bonus of feeling less like snake skin has been these treatments. Best investment for me. I always pay to have this done at the salon and it’s always $20 extra, now I can do this at home anytime I want!

I used a professional grade wax machine when going through hand therapy for arthritis in my hands and fingers. The therapist suggested I get one for home use but he stipulated that it must have temperature control. I found this Ella Bella machine online and bought it through Amazon. It works great. The unit is nice looking and wax that came with the unit has a nice scent. The wax melted in a reasonable amount of time and worked just as well as the expensive professional grade units and is better looking. It comes with the needed plastic bags/gloves. The digital display is a nice feature but please read the instructions carefully as the display can be a bit confusing at first.. I recommend this unit to anyone with stiff sore finger joints - it provided soothing relief from the arthritic pain in my fingers.
