Just buy it! Bought this mainly for my husband to help with joint pain in his hands. The unit is very easy to use, heats up quickly. The instructions are clearly written. And when I texted to activate the 2 year warranty, an actual human(Ruth, the owner of the company) being responded within 10 minutes! Customer service is excellent! It comes with everything you need for heated wax therapy for those achey joints, or a spa treatment to pamper yourself.

I used a professional grade wax machine when going through hand therapy for arthritis in my hands and fingers. The therapist suggested I get one for home use but he stipulated that it must have temperature control. I found this Ella Bella machine online and bought it through Amazon. It works great. The unit is nice looking and wax that came with the unit has a nice scent. The wax melted in a reasonable amount of time and worked just as well as the expensive professional grade units and is better looking. It comes with the needed plastic bags/gloves. The digital display is a nice feature but please read the instructions carefully as the display can be a bit confusing at first.. I recommend this unit to anyone with stiff sore finger joints - it provided soothing relief from the arthritic pain in my fingers.

I love this machine. I work as a nurse so my hands and feet take alot of abuse and this is a great way to treat yourself. It left my hands and feet super smooth. The sent was good but a tad strong for my liking. The machine itself was a little difficult to figure out at first. When not plugged in you cant see the buttons as they are flushed to the machine and only light up when plugged in. The heating up prossess was a little tricky. I read alot of the reviews and after using it this is what i found worked. Heat the wax up to the highest level until all melted. Once melted lower the temp down to a tolorable temp to dip. I was able to dip my hands but had to reheat and lower again before doing my feet. Other wise i love it.

The Ella Bella paraffin wax machine is awesome, very high quality and the seller is great. My concern when looking at wax machines was making sure I purchased one that was well made from a seller that will stand by their product. It became obvious to me after making my purchase that Ruth was above and behind what I had hoped for in a seller, not only did she start texting me when I received the product to help me set up the 2 year warranty but she also offered her assistance regarding any questions I may have using the product. I am very happy with my purchase and the fact that Ruth takes so much pride in her products. I highly recommend this product and seller. It doesn’t get better than this.

Much needed relief for hands and feet. My joints are always stiff and trying to exercise during the winter months have been difficult. So now the night before a tough workout, I indulge in the warm wax dip for both my hands and feet. It’s been especially dry here this winter and the added bonus of feeling less like snake skin has been these treatments. Best investment for me. I always pay to have this done at the salon and it’s always $20 extra, now I can do this at home anytime I want!
