This machine was everything I hoped it would be. My feet, especially my heels have been so dry and cracked for years. After just a few uses, it has made such a difference. I will definitely be using it more as my feet still need it but they are well on their way to being baby soft. I wish i would have taken before and after pics. And the company is very hands on from the moment you receive your machine and text to activate your warranty, they will check on you to make sure everything is alright. I would highly recommend this machine to anyone who needs it, as well as anything this company sells.

I really like that this model has and LCD screen touch display. I have an older basic paraffin wax machine that has very basic controls. This one not only is easier to operate, but it looks sleek and modern. This would be perfect for someone who is new to using paraffin wax machines and that dont have any supplies because you have everything you need to get started.

I like Ella Bella Wax Paraffin for Hands and Feet because it does the job. The machine get hot really fast to melt the wax and stays hot for as long as you desire by setting the temperature control. I have not used it on my feet but I have used it on my hands and let be tell you, my hands fell softer and it helps with the arthritis in my hands. Plus you get everything you need to use the Ella Bella Wax Paraffin when it arrives. PS; My husband is using too.

When I first purchased my wax machine, it did not function properly. A phone calling conversation with Ruth resulted in Ella. Bella sending me a new machine which does everything it is supposed to do. I am very pleased with the customer service.

I purchased the Ella Bella Paraffin Wax Machine and am so happy that I did! It is beautifully packed and comes with a bunch of accessories. I have used it 4 times now. The skin on my hands was so dry, it was chapped. But not anymore! I often get skin splits and am confident, if I use this regularly, I will not battle those this winter! I also deal with Dupuytrens Contracture that causes my fingers to lock and be in a lot of pain. After using the paraffin bath, my hands feel so much better. It helps to relax the muscles and stimulate blood flow which promotes healing. This machine is perfect and I am looking forward to using it a lot for both skin health and arthritic issues. The Ella Bella paraffin wax machine is a very well made; attractive; and very easy to use product. It arrives with 4 lbs of lavender scented wax. I did not want a scented wax, and complained to customer service, which was very easy to access, and very quick to respond. 4 lbs of unscented wax was sent to me within a few days. Sensational customer service! The only criticism that I have is the cover - the handle/grip is very slippery and Ive dropped it into the wax tub on several occasions - not a deal breaker, but slightly annoying

I was told paragon wax would help with my feet issues. — It’s true for me. Nightly ‘dips’ have really helped. This machine works well. I have learned must remove the bottom grate at the end of each treatment, before the wax cools and hardens (wax won’t melt if it’s in the tank). The temperatures have been consistent for me. Melting isn’t super quick, but with a little planning, I’m able to enjoy the benefits of regular treatments. Family run business with excellent communication too!

So very easy to use. Beautiful experience with silky skin results. Warm wax helps a great deal with pain relief. Seller is a true gem! She’s there to help with all questions.
