I have arthritis in my hands and this relieves some of the pain and leaves my hands feeling great. I wish it would have gotten it sooner. Customer service is great. If you have a question or need some tips they answer you within a short amount of time. I would recommend this to anybody!

Softens hands and cuticles, tough foot skin, better than creams, even prescription creams. Relieves arthritis pain - I put Voltaren on the hands before dipping into the wax, then after dipping and putting plastic gloves over waxed hands, put them in a pair of non-warmed microwaveable hot/cold mittens, which holds the heat of the wax longer. Sit for a 20 to 20 minutes and meditate or watch a movie. Ahhh.

This paraffin wax machine is easy to set up and operate. The lavender wax has a nice fragrance and is moisturizing. We are very pleased with the size of the machine as I am using it for my foot (size 7.5 shoe) and hands. I fractured my forefoot 4 months ago and had surgery. My forefoot and toes lack range of motion contributing to an antalgic gait. This product has assisted me in gaining flexibility and reducing my foot symptoms in the evening/nighttime. After using this product 5-6 times a week for several weeks, my gait has improved. The owner has been available for any questions and provided excellent customer service. I highly recommend this product.

I am really thrilled with this wax machine. It’s very pretty and the lavender wax just smells lovely. Most of all it really works on my dry cracked feet. I live in Florida and I’m in Sandals all the time. Nothing has helped keep my feet feel soft and moisturized. This works great, easy to use and I’m not spending loads of money for pedicures every other week. Highly recommend!

I love this. I got it to cut down on the expensive spa visits. Great idea to offer heat or timer, some people cant take the heat. I found it easy to use and works just as described. I think its well worth the money.

The Ella paraffin device is a winner. My chiropractor suggested getting a machine to help with arthritis in my hands. I bought this for my mother to use while visiting me. She suffers from hand pain and dryness. This machine works great and the customer service was awesome. The wax melts evenly and fast, although I had bought a different type of paraffin to use with the machine, so I can’t use speak to the quality of the wax that came with it. They followed up to see how the machine was working for me and also sent a free gift with the machine. Definitely recommend.
