Paraffin wax is harder to do, so be prepared for that. I am super happy with this product and it’s packaging. Also, customer service is very responsive.

I have always loved the feeling of paraffin wax when getting a pedicure and will splurge most of the time to get it. So with how hot the summer has been and with how expensive everything is I wanted a paraffin machine to use at home and not have to go get a pedicure. I bought this and have loved every minute of it. The machine and the wax were exactly what I was looking for. The wax is so soft and comes off really easily. If you are doubting buying this because you dont think it will be worth it, I promise it will be and is worth the investment. The owner, Ruth, is so wonderful to chat with when activating the 2yr warranty and if you have any issues with the machine, she seems eager to help customers.

I have arthritis and my doctor recommended using wax bath therapy. I searched and purchased this product. It arrived quickly and included a wonderful bonus gift - thank you. I could not use the scented wax included due to allergies. Since unscented wax is not available thru Ella Bella, I purchased unscented wax from another company. Product use is simple, with easy to read directions and video links to watch. Customer service is outstanding. As an arthritis therapeutic, honestly I’m undecided. Initial use has brought relief, but it will take more time to speak on long term benefits. I recommend this product and look forward to purchasing unscented wax from them when available.
