Great product I use with paraffin wax! My hands get so dry. It moisturizes my skin any time I need to. My son used it also for his hands and feet.

So nice to relieve pain in joints, or to have soft skin. Doesn’t take long to heat. I took it for my daughter in law in Mother’s Day; she’d never had it done. I can see her getting one!

Paraffin wax is harder to do, so be prepared for that. I am super happy with this product and it’s packaging. Also, customer service is very responsive.

I bought the Ella Bella machine because I needed pain relief with my hands. The package deal if machine, gloves, paraffin etc encouraged me to pick it. A paraffin bath was recommended by my orthopedic surgeon for both arthritis and carpal tunnel. After researching many, I decided on this one (which by the way wasn’t even close to being the most expensive) and it’s working perfectly for my needs! It has a higher temp for melting and then the temp for using. Highly recommend this product and their customer service is spot on. Quick and personal response!!

Like my new machine. Paraffin melts much faster at a higher temp, like 150. I let it cool a bit before using. Glad I made this purchase. My hands feel so good after using the paraffin treatment. The paraffin is easy to peel off. I put it back in the pot and reuse since I am the only one using it. Plan on doing my feet one of these days.

After researching all the wax machines out there, I purchased this machine for hand inflammation. First, I recommend reading the owner’s manual, which I did . For me, there was a learning curve. I had difficulty dipping my hands into the hot wax and couldn’t get the temperature right. It wasn’t the fault of the melter - I had to learn what was right for me. I reached out to the company and was quite surprised that Ruth, the company owner, responded to me in a very timely manner! She walked me through the steps and her suggestions made a huge difference! She offered to do whatever necessary to make sure I was satisfied and I believe she would! I wasn’t able to use the machine for a few days and after not hearing from me, Ruth contacted me to ask about my progress! What company does that??! Ruth at Ella Bella does! I highly recommend the machine and the company! If more companies and owners took the same approach to customer satisfaction that Ella Bella has, consumers would benefit greatly! I also want to mention the accessories - every accessory is well thought out and designed. I was surprised with how many accessories they supplied and the quality! As someone who went to school for cosmetology, I am always hesitant when it comes to beauty products. I read all reviews and this specific paraffin wax kit has amazing reviews. I decided to give it a try for my daughter who has really dry skin to where it cracks and bleeds. I needed something really hydrating for her hands and Eucerine, Vaseline, and other hand products just werent doing enough. Her hands would be dry after a couple of hours. After testing the wax on myself to make sure it wasnt too hot, I did her hands and let me tell you, her hands look brand new. Even after two days her hands didnt look dry at all (granted yes. I was still doing our lotion routine to lock the moisture in). I definitely recommend this product as its simple to use and easy to control the temperature.
