We ordered two of these units, one for us and one for our son. My husband has arthritis and is on chemo therapy...both causing hand pain. The wax is very soothing for him. It is such an easy way to give him comfort. Our son is a nurse practitioner and abuses his hands and feet. He enjoys how he feels after using the EllaBella unit. The product came exactly as described. The wax included smells great! I was a little concerned that it would be overpowering as I am sensitive to smells but it was very pleasant. My daughter and I have enjoyed dipping our hands and look forward to trying our feet. I would definitely recommend this product.

Great customer service. The owner texts you immediately. Helped me by answering my questions. Sending me tutorial videos. Which all of these helped me use this product. The instructions that come with the machine were vague. There was no explanation of the tray you put in the bottom. Have used this machine for arthritis in my hand many times and it helps the warm heat. Definitely a great purchase.

If you’re looking for a paraffin wax machine - this one will check all your boxes. It is extremely roomy, has numerous temperature settings, comes with all accessories needed, and has great customer support. We bought this machine to use on my husband’s hands (he currently has no mobility in his hands and was recommended to try this therapy). We attached photos of his first treatment. We used the plastic foot bags instead of the hand bags and then covered with the cloth hand covers. So far after 3 treatments, his hands are staying open longer which is fantastic! Our daughter was recommended by her Rheumatologist to do this treatment also - so she can’t wait to try it. I used it and my hands stayed soft for over a week!! I did have an issue with our first machine having a slight scratch on the inner side of the unit. Texted the owner and a new unit arrived 2 days later. Awesome customer support!! My questions have been answered promptly!! I was given the option of a new unit or refund but we really like this unit so we opted for a new unit. That’s how much we love this machine and company! However - if you are sensitive to scents - the lavender scented wax is a little strong but you do get used to it. So all in all - great machine, love the results do far, will definitely tell everyone interested in a paraffin wax machine to purchase this one.

This product helps the arthritis pain in my hands. It also wonderful for dry winter hands.

This wax heater is a great way to pamper yourself. It heats quickly. No lumps. The scent is awesome. I love spa days at home.
