Wax melts evenly and it is easy to use. Leaves hands and feet soft and feeling good from the warm wax. Seller is the best with making sure you are satisfied with the product and will reply to any questions if you have. Great customer service!

I accidentally put my hand in a hedge trimmer and severed some nerves and tendons and had to have surgery. At physical therapy they were using wax treatments for heat therapy. So I thought I would buy one to try at home. I have been very impressed with this product. The digital temperature control is great a lot of other units do not offer that. The customer service has been wonderful since I first registered it. The smell of the lavender wax is lovely. It comes with plastic and mitts for both hands and feet and a cute free little gift. Buy it!

When I was in occupational therapy, my therapist would put my dip my hands in paraffin wax and then cover them with trash bags and oven mittens. Then she would remove it all and go to work with therapy and massage. I loved it and she mentioned that I could buy my own machine that would be much smaller and get the Sam effect. So I purchased one but it was small. A lot smaller. I found this one and it’s definitely big enough to fit my hands or feet and it is super effective. I have carpal tunnel and dequervains. By using this machine before using my wrist massager, it makes a world of difference. It comes with everything you need and even a free gift of manicure tools. There is a picture of the owner on the front of the box as well. It’s overall a really good product that works well, especially for those who need therapy. I would HIGHLY recommend.

I purchased the product for hand treatment due to pain from a broken wrist. The warmth of the wax feels very nice on my hand. The company was super responsive to my inquiries and provided additional info on the operation of the unit.

Living in Arizona where its so dry my hands and feet get so rough and dry. I found so may choices when it came to finding a paraffin wax machine, but when I came across Ella Bellas machine and saw they gave you 4 bags of lavender scented wax that I just had to pick this one. And let me tell you, it was the best decision Ive ever made. Its so easy to use, the wax smells amazing and boy do my hands and feet feel so much better with each use! I love this machine. I work as a nurse so my hands and feet take alot of abuse and this is a great way to treat yourself. It left my hands and feet super smooth. The sent was good but a tad strong for my liking. The machine itself was a little difficult to figure out at first. When not plugged in you cant see the buttons as they are flushed to the machine and only light up when plugged in. The heating up prossess was a little tricky. I read alot of the reviews and after using it this is what i found worked. Heat the wax up to the highest level until all melted. Once melted lower the temp down to a tolorable temp to dip. I was able to dip my hands but had to reheat and lower again before doing my feet. Other wise i love it.

I am a huge fan of this product mainly because I am a blogger and I have slight carpel tunnel in my one hand. Using this wax machine gives me so much relief in my hand. Plus i just feel like im being pampered every time I use it which brings me a great sense of relaxation. Would absolutely recommend this product!

When It arrived was so excited to try it out and I was not disappointed. Took a little time to find my perfect temperature. Came with enough wax to last a while so this is a great value for the money. I strongly recommend this for anyone looking to pamper yourself it also gave my sister relief from her arthritis.
