I received this wax machine in excellent packaging. I received a message from the provider once I registered my product. They were so helpful and wanted to make sure I was happy with the wax machine. She sent me a video for instructions, which was very helpful! The wax is so healing to my painful hands. The fragrance of lavender smells wonderful as it warms. Once I peel off the wax, my hands are so soft and dont hurt quite as much. I would definitely let my friends and family know about the wax machine and how personable and helpful the seller is. This machine was everything I hoped it would be. My feet, especially my heels have been so dry and cracked for years. After just a few uses, it has made such a difference. I will definitely be using it more as my feet still need it but they are well on their way to being baby soft. I wish i would have taken before and after pics. And the company is very hands on from the moment you receive your machine and text to activate your warranty, they will check on you to make sure everything is alright. I would highly recommend this machine to anyone who needs it, as well as anything this company sells.

This paraffin is simply magic. The actual machine is fantastic ,easy to use and pretty. Thennnn the paraffin is so perfect. The texture. The smell. The feel. Is great. The surprise for me has been the almost immediate sense of relief I got from my swollen joints in my hands. The smoothness of the skin is beyond amazing but I never expected it to be as therapeutic as it is. My Rheumatoid arthritis in my hands showed up like 5 years ago. It had totally calmed down and recently sparked up again. I woke up with my hands swollen and it took a while to bend my fingers without a little pain. After just a couple of times using my paraffin my hands not only felt better almost immediately but then I wake up the next day far less tight. Only thing I’d say is instructions could be a little more detailed but when you message Ruth she answers very quickly. So you get the product and a great expert for advise as well. I am a skin specialist and I shape brows and do facials and plan to use for clients bc they will LOVE this but for a little bit I plan to be selfish and just use for myself.

Very easy to use, helps with my hands that have early arthritis. I love the lavender scent and my hands end up super soft it’s a win-win. Also the owners are very attentive making sure that you were happy with your product. I highly recommend this

I am using this for a broken wrist that has a lot of scar tissue built up since Dec. 2021 . Two yrs ago I broke my fingers and the physical therapist used the paraffin machine and it worked for mobility so hope this does the same .

This has been my best purchase by far on Amazon! If you are hesitating, don’t! Treat yourself, to this relaxing sent, and warm healing. I recently had major surgery on my had for osteoarthritis. My PT did this in office everyday before my PT it helped relieve my sore, stiff joints. She encouraged me to purchase one, and I am so thankful I did. This is now a daily routine to help improve my healing. And to top it off the customer service is on point, make sure you set up your warranty. An actual person responds and asks how it’s going. The only thing I didn’t find in the set up is how much of the wax to use at first. Use all four blocks, they said they will be adding that to the set up. PURCHASE THIS!! IT’S AMAZING!
