> 24 hourLost all throttle response on my throttle-by-wire Harley. Turned out to be a connector behind the air filter is prone to moisture. Wiped it out with a towel, smeared a little of this grease, plugged it back together, and she runs like a champ!

> 24 hourI use dielectric grease to seal off electrical connections in my lawn irrigation system. Without it, unintended shorts could occur in the damp environment.

> 24 hourMy main use for this was for the contact points on the 7-pin connector for my trailer. It also gets used occasionally for other electric contact points like battery terminals and bulbs and such. And since its Permatex it does what its made for.

> 24 hourThis stuff is a must for all electrical connections that are outside or consistently exposed to moisture. Will save you a ton of headaches down the road. Unless you are a mechanic or an electrician and use this stuff on a daily basis, the 3 oz tube is probably enough to last the average person their entire life. It only takes a tiny dab for each connection. If you only need enough for a few small projects, the .5 oz or 1 oz tubes would be plenty (although the 3 oz seems to be cheapest on Amazon.)

> 24 hourFor some reason I expected a tune a little bigger, but its not big deal. It was enough for all three of our vehicles. We didnt use it all at one time so its nice that the cap keeps it from drying out, unlike the packets.
