Permatex 22058 Dielectric Tune-Up Grease, 3 oz. Tube

Greater than one weekI needed silicone bulb grease but for some reason they only sell it in tiny bottles. This is the exact same stuff just in a much bigger tube and labeled tune up grease. Great amount for the price too. 5/5 will definitely buy again.

> 3 dayProduct is as described. I only needed to replace a single spark plug, and found that this is priced almost exactly the same as the little one-use packet that you generally pick up on your way out of an autoparts store (because you forgot to grab the 2-3oz bottle off the shelf) Product works as it should. I had no problems, and now the next 300 times I need Dielectric grease for anything. I certainly have some. Bottle seals well, is not prone to being punctured. I suggest keeping some of this around if this is a common task that you perform on your vehicles-- or if you have other electronic uses!

Greater than one weekBad packaging. The plastic packaging was already half opened. That being said, the actual dielectric grease was unopened so it wasn’t a really big deal. Despite the packaging, grease was exactly what I needed

> 3 dayYes, its a super small tube, I have a giant one I use most of the time. However I had a need to change the spark plugs on an engine in a confined space in a boat and rather than make a mess or have to deal with large tubes it was much easier to have this small tube that easily fit in my pocket. This drastically decreased the likelihood of setting it down somewhere I would kneel/stand/sit/lay on it, or putting it somewhere it would leave a mess I would have to clean up, or laying it somewhere I would end up knocking it into the bilge so I will have to contort myself to retrieve it. One plus over the regular large tube I use is that it is easy to direct exactly where I want it n the spark plug boot rather than just squeezing it in the end and hoping it goes where I want it to. Otherwise its the same Permatex Dielectric grease that I have used for years on contracts, in bulb sockets and on spark plug boots which works perfectly. If you only rarely have a need for doing this type of mechanical work I could see this being the only tube you have, and it would be easier to story in a small toolbox, otherwise it might make more sense to just buy a larger one. The 3 ounce tube

> 3 dayI’ve used this product for years to grease the ends of lightbulbs before installing in ceiling cams for ease in removal. But in the past, it has always been a tiny tube. I hadn’t realized this was such a huge tube when I ordered on Amazon. This should last me many years.
