I loved this product when I first received it. Yes it was a little difficult to program but following the directions and a little time it can be done. Since Im gone overnight for a few nights each week due to work I needed a feeder that would dispense food for my cat at intervals. This thing worked great and accomplished what I needed to accomplish. With full batteries and the AC power as well, it would dispense the selected portions up to 6 times in a 24 hour period. After a few weeks I noticed when I came home that my cat was starving. Looking at the feeder I discovered the clock of off and my programed setting had been erased. I reset the clock and reprogramed the feeder and it worked correctly for a few days then I noticed it did the same thing by deleting my setting. This process has been repeated over and over for several weeks now. Loved this machine when it works but now find it unacceptable. Have contacted the company and hope they will seen a replacement quickly. Guess time will tell. UPDATE: My email to customer support at Petlibro was answered promptly. I was requested to perform a factory reset then unplug the feeder as well as remove the batteries. After several minutes I reinstalled the batteries and reprogramed my settings. Four days later the feeder continues to keep proper time and remember my settings. Not only that but Customer Service emailed me again wanting to know if the previous information had resolved my issue. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE - Unheard of in this day and age. Thank you Olivia for helping me resolve my problem and taking time to follow up. Review has been changed to 5 star!

Figuring out the portion sizes was the most difficult however totally worth the hassle of learning! I now no longer forget to get my kids food in the morning or if I’m in a rush I automatically know that it’s going to be taken care of if I think I’m gonna be gone for a couple days due to family vacation or just work obligations I don’t need to stress about them running out of food and it’s amazing it doesn’t get stuck or clogged and it’s cleaning is super easy and stress-free! My cat also absolutely love it they know exactly when feeding time is due to the voice call! I got to one for each cat but I know that they have double bowl options however this was just easier considering it’s twice as much food storage!

Ive been using this for 8 months and I love it! Very easy to use and my kitty loves it! Perfect for when youre gone for a night or two to make sure your pet is taken care of. Love it!

Purchased this for my son. It is great. Allows him to travel and this helps keep the cats taken care of, in between caregiver visits.

easy to set up and works perfectly. We went on vacation and this worked perfectly to feed our outdoors cats. you dial in portion sizes and feeding times very easily

took a while to figure out set up and settings, but going good now. recording sounds like my mouth is full of marbles and it scared the cats so i removed. the ring of the dish gets them running. saves some meows at me.

Its really pretty but I never used it because I cant figure it out. I had to buy a manual cat feeder. Waste of money but looks good

Trust me, if this product wasn’t seamless, my fussy cat would have nothing to do with it. She’s *that* cat. The mechanism is so quiet, it makes no more sound than I did when I would feed her manually. Add that to the programmable portion sizes and meal schedule, and this actually solves *two* of my problems: my cat’s desire to have breakfast at 5 AM and her tendency to eat too much and then throw up. I can set this to give her a half-portion at 5 and then follow it up a few hours later with a second half-portion to get her through to dinner. All the wins!
