> 3 day5/26/23 UPDATED REVIEW: Originally I had this at 5 stars since liked having this for my pet so that they would wouldnt eat too quickly. Its been about over 1.5 years and suddenly the clock stopped running which makes it useless as a timed feeder. It doesnt seem to have any issue with setting the time/interface. Ive tried unplugging and unsure if theres a way to reset. Not sure what happened here. Also unsure how fresh it keeps the food as my pet would complain loudly until the dry food has been refreshed with food we keep in a sealed container. Buy with caution since this may last just until the warranty ends.

> 3 dayIve had this for about a week now, and so far so good. I found it easy to program, though I did have to experiment a bit to find the right amount of portions for each feeding. My cats think it is a god, but sadly they still dont let me sleep in.

> 3 dayThis product is great, but my clever cats figured out how to unlock the controls and get the granary to feed them manually and or mess with the clock settings. Makes us a little nervous for the times we are away for a few days. Might try putting tape or something over the lock button and see if that helps. Petlibro should have an app interface and no controls on the device itself. Still would recommend a its a quality feeder at a good price.

> 3 dayI love this product. I don’t have to worry about my cat going hungry whenever I’m not home now!

> 3 dayI like to troll my cats now, when I recorded the sound of the machine, when the time the food is distributed, and now I play that sound and my stupid cats RUN towards the feeder, no matter what they do at the moment. Hilarious! Love that! Only one issue is the electrical part.. when I’m away and bad weather is in town, the timer recesses and food is not distributing

> 3 dayWe have two cats, 10 year old brothers, and the little guy eats the most, but the big guy has a weight problem. The best way to reduce their eating was to do precise portion control and space out the meals at regular intervals to keep them happy. So instead of me having to track how much and and when they are fed, and how often, the PetLibro does it all also while were not home, or asleep. AND we can set it to feed in the middle of the night or in the early morning when they might typically make noise outside of our bedroom when hungry. Other pet feeders only do 4 daily portions, but this one does 6. So 6 one-portion meals per day adds up to 2/3 of a cup which is sufficient for two indoor cats. Perfect.

> 3 dayTrust me, if this product wasn’t seamless, my fussy cat would have nothing to do with it. She’s *that* cat. The mechanism is so quiet, it makes no more sound than I did when I would feed her manually. Add that to the programmable portion sizes and meal schedule, and this actually solves *two* of my problems: my cat’s desire to have breakfast at 5 AM and her tendency to eat too much and then throw up. I can set this to give her a half-portion at 5 and then follow it up a few hours later with a second half-portion to get her through to dinner. All the wins!

> 3 dayThis feeder is awesome! Very easy to use. Just set the time(s) you want feedings and how many portions per feeding. Battery or plug in. The first portion it dispenses is less than it should be so I added an extra portion to each feeding. There is also a voice recording option which is cute but not the best clarity. Highly recommend!

> 3 dayWorks really well. Instructions say it should be plugged in and only use batteries as a backup, but it has a good battery life and works well not plugged in.
